Stayed Apr 9, 2022Room was nice however being a private beach was not good for our family. You have the option to rent their umbrellas and chairs since you are not allowed to use YOUR own canopy tent. The condo owners get all the spots in the middle regardless if they show up or not- which the week we were there maybe 1 day a few of the middle spots were taken by owners. They put the renters as far to the end possible. They do not care if you have a small baby with other small children and the middle spots are not being used. This location and a private beach does not work for my family. My opinion this is a money racket. Umbrellas were 20 a day each. With chairs it was 35. They are suppose to take them up at 5:pm, however they will take them up beginning at 4.
