Adorable 1 Bedroom Condo w Ocean Views

Shower and tub needed to be replaced. Couch pull out bed needs to be replaced. But overall was a nice place.

When I booked this property via VRBO... The picture was that of a condo right on the beach... The property we stayed at via Bryant Real Estate was 1 block away from Seeing the ocean between 2 high rise apartment buildings & beach access was 3 blocks away ..Not what I thought I had Paid for .. Frustrating

I loved the view and the area and the room was just so cozy and homey my birthday is coming up in September and would love to stay here again could you tell me if it would be available September 3rd through the 6th it was just so awesome

Perfect little getaway! Definitely want to come back. Super clean, nice and quiet.

This property located on a peninsula one side is ocean, the canal on the other side. When the mid month and the high tie are on the same day, the entire road will be flooded with salt water and sewage in less two hours. The water were as deep as knee high. There is no warning of this on any information we have received. The mattress is too soft, missing blades on the curtain. Not worth for what paid for. Had not been the police at the intersection, in the late night, we don’t even know how to get back to the building. Never going back.

I loved that it was quiet and so close to the beach.

Cute little condo near Sea Oats beach access. Unfortuneately, beach access is closed. Only a short walk to the Perrywinkle beach access. Patio has a view of the ocean. Good access to the pier too.

Other than having the beach entrance blocked off, the stay was perfect. We had everything that we needed. I even messed up the check in process and the owner brought it to me and that was super nice. The pool was nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Location to beach was excellent. Only a small walk to beach entrance. Condo was smaller than I expected but was very nice. First floor .Very quiet location.Never heard others in the building. I would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated. Stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach house. Linens were very clean and mattress was so comfortable!!! Perfect location, we will stay here again anytime we visit Carolina Beach!!!

The condo worked out well for the 2 of us. We were visiting our daughter that goes to UNCW for parents weekend. We walked the length of freeman park 2x the week we were there. There isnt a beach access across the street anymore, but the next one is a couple blocks down. Freeman park is a block away too.

We loved the property and location. Close to everything we needed, but tucked away for peace and quiet. Bryant Real Estate agents were exceptionally kind and helpful.

This place was perfect for me and my 3 year old grandson to enjoy a few days at the beach and pool. The front deck was awesome with a great view of the ocean.

Condo was cute & clean, convenient to restaurants, the boardwalk & the beach. It was just the right size for a couple. We had a nice short getaway in Carolina Beach.

Loved that it was close to the Pier, we walked for dinner n drinks. Even though some beach access points were closed it was only a block away from an open one. Very lovely place. Will stay again!!
