Room was clean and roomy. The only drawback was the pictures indicated there was a Keurig coffeemaker and there wasn’t.

The just is amazing

Great location, but the place needs some work. The couch was dirty, had to put a blanket down before sitting on it. Many of the cupboard doors were half broken. The place is very beat up, would not stay in this unit again. We booked a different unit for next year.

I have stayed at many units at this resort, and the view and ease of access is one of the best. Morning coffee ocean front is a great way to start the day. Also, the A/C wirks great, and the new ceiling fans are perfect to corkage the air so the tiny unit does not get stuffy.

The location was perfect. I loved my coffee and sunrise mornings on the balcony. We rented bikes from Breeze Bikes and took long rides on the beach at low tide. The restaurant had tasty food, great service and live music.

A great place

From sunset to sunrise this was THE place to be. The condo was comfortable and had all the things I needed to stay for a week for a work sabbatical. The best part was the location and view from the balcony. I spent a lot of time on the balcony, and it was only a short walk to beach. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom just as nice. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essential cookware, utensils, plates, and glasses. Note: there was only salt and pepper (no other spices, oils, condiments but that is often the case). Management was quick to respond when the stopper in the sink got stuck. I would definitely stay here again.

The resort had a beautiful view. It was everything you would want for a beachfront condo. Check-in was easy. Communication with the management was quick. The condo is an older property, but they have done their best to maximize the space and update with necessary amenities. There are hundreds of units in this complex and i wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. The view was worth it all!

First visit to Hilton Head Island - my husband and I loved the condo unit. Loved that it was located right by the beach walkway but mostly we loved the beautiful beach view from the balcony- we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day! We rented bikes that were located on the property and rode for miles. Loved our stay in Hilton Head!

Nice place, great view

Very clean with beautiful views. The kitchen has everything we would have need needed for dinners on a longer stay.

The apartment accommodated our family of four comfortably and provided us with everything we needed to cook a quick meal. We loved the ocean view!! The gym on the property was a nice way to exercise in an air-conditioned space. The ocean water was enjoyable, warm, and we loved the waves. The bunk beds fitted our kids ok but it might feel too small for older teens.

Enjoyed the balcony, listening to the waves and relaxing. Great location and I would book again.

Great location, oceanfront, easy beach access, short walk to smaller pool. Furthest from onsite restaurants and bigger pool but seemingly fewer crowds.

We come back every year!

This villa is on admirals row with a beautiful view of the ocean, short walk down to the beach. It was tastefully decorated and clean. The only cons: it doesn't have a dishwasher, the bathroom door opens inward towards the sink (poor design), and one of the two beach chairs was defective. We went out and bought two new beach chairs for our stay, which is something we've never had to do when we rented other villas at the same resort. It was a bit of an inconvenience.

Me, my wife and our two girls (11 & 12) really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better. An extremely short walk to the beach, and a gorgeous beach view from the balcony. I was also happy that we were so close to all of the areas of Hilton Head we wanted to visit, and having a kitchenette and fridge was also helpful especially in the morning. The drawback we had was, because our girls are older, only having one bathroom at times became an issue, and the bunk beds, while fun, turned out to be a little tight for our eldest. Also when coming back in the evening, finding a close parking spot was sometimes problematic. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here. The stay was very clean and the owner was very responsive to questions. Overall we had a wonderful trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Admirals Row! We are already itching to go back! It was perfect for my husband and I! The property was so nice and clean. The beach is just beautiful! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I had an excellent vacation at this property! The view of the beach was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again!

A nice last minute find for the holiday weekend. Perfect size for a couple. The veiw is stunning and access to the beach very easy to get to. Bed was super comfy and good size for adults. The host was available and very easy to communicate with. On site restaurants were lively and good. All in all a wonderful weekend getaway!

Admirals Row condo’s at Beach & Tennis Club are the best kept secret on the island. Best views, quiet, very well maintained.

Very nice property overall. Direct unobstructed views of the ocean. Very nice,clean and well appointed unit. It’s a compact cozy unit so may be a snug fit for a family of 4 but could easily be done. The property managers were attentive and checked in to make sure things were going well. Will easily search this unit out for availability the next time I am in Hilton Head Island

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The room has a lovely view of the ocean and the sights are beautiful! The beach access is very close, and there are also are also multiple pools in close proximity. The staff are quick to respond, and very helpful!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and perfect for our needs. One of our favorite parts was enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise—it was absolutely beautiful. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We had a great time playing pickleball and dined at the on-site restaurant several evenings, which was a treat. The entire property was spotless and very well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This place was the perfect place for our family! We are a family of four with two extremely active boys! The complex provided many amenities to keep them busy yet relax at the same time! The condo had the most stunning sunrises to enjoy! A spectacular view for sure! And the beach was just steps away! HHI did not disappoint! We will be back! Thanks so much!

Condo was very comfortable and beach access was great! Wonderful bike paths. Absolutley nothing to complain about. We sure hope to return.

This was a very cute and clean little bungalow, beachfront. We enjoyed our stay thank you so much.

Location is great, but the unit is very dated and needs a lot of basic maintenance. Lots of things in disrepair including paint flaking from ceilings, rusty metal on several fixtures, fan blades about to fall off where screws have come out, sometimes the bathroom lights short out the circuit breaker etc... Also just as an FYI, no dishwasher was in the unit. Overall it worked OK for our needs for an inexpensive getaway for a few days.
