Actually on the beach! Step off balcony onto the beach & pool! Rare Find!!

Communication was great. Condo was clean and steps away from the pool and beach. Loved being able to hear the waves crash right outside the bedroom window at night. Property was safe, secure, and quiet. Instructions from owner were very clear and condo was well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and entertainment wise. Husband loved the dual monitor and docking station setup to work a few days. The beach was well maintained and the heated pool was great. We will definitely return!

Fantastic location for those without young children. Friendly owner to rent from. It’s on my brother in law’s radar for future trips. The Beach and Vine wine bar across the street was wonderful, check them out.

condo directly on beach with easy access and view of ocean and pool. Love the locked underground garage with availability of beach chairs and kitchen well stocked with dishes. Host pleasant, responds quickly to calls. Had a little issue with pretzels under sheets of one bed but iver all clean

Incredibly helpful host and certainly a one of a kind unit! Was there with my daughter and her caddy for a golf tournament and the stay could not have been more smooth or enjoyable. The TV is as large as the one on Jerry World and so easy to use. The beds were the most comfortable I had ever experienced. Walk right to the beach! Front desk staff so friendly and helpful. Right in the center of Ormond Beach near all the great restaurants and golf course. 5 star experience at a fair price!

This property location is perfect! The condo is on the First floor of the building facing the ocean. Walk right off the balcony down to the pool and beach access. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook our meals in the large kitchen. I was also pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for this rental. I would definitely go again!

Eric was fantastic! His communication was unmatched. It was a beautiful property, with a gate that went right off the balcony straight out to the beach or the pool.Absolutely excellent.

Fantastic condo and location! We have stayed in this unit multiple times and will be back. It very comfortable and maintained well. If you are thinking about a stay in Ormond, you will not find a better place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location cannot be beat. The beach and pool were just a few short steps away. Don’t over pack! The house is well stocked and has everything you need. It’s super quiet and close to everything in Daytona. Publix and DG are minutes away. We will be back to stay next year! Thank you Eric!

Absolutely beautiful condo and amazing view. Literally just a couple steps off the balcony and you’re on the beach or pool. Place was immaculately clean. Great restaurants around the area, but also a Publix grocery store less than a quarter mile up the road if you like grilling outside on the gas grill by the pool. Bonus room on the top floor was absolutely ideal for viewing all the fireworks in the area. Highly recommend this place.

If you want the beach at your doorstep this is the place for you! We also loved that each of our kids had their own bedroom so the baby wasn't waking up the older one. It was a great stay! Thank you :)

Wonderful condo! The location is perfect and Eric is the absolute best to work with. I was traveling with elderly family members and his place was completely accessible.

This condo is a beautifully decorated home and includes lots of amenities. In my opinion, this unit is the best possible location in this building because of its location on the first floor. This gives guests easy access to the beach and pool areas. Eric is great at communicating check in instructions. We also enjoyed walking in this little community and a nice dinner at Bruno’s pizza!

Eric was great at communicating and responding! The condo was just as photographed. Clean, comfortable beds, games, & clear tvs for movie warching. The atmosphere was quiet, with beautiful sunrises every day and just steps away from the pool and beach. This unit was easily accessible and adequately stocked with everything needed to enjoy cooking or grilling by the pool. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Only two properties in the building are able to walk out to the pool or beach without going through the parking garage, this is one of them. Kids loved it, we loved it. Ormond was great, we had never been. Place was fully equipped and we were even able to cook a nice Easter ham dinner. Would go back in a heartbeat and probably will!

We had a wonderful time! This place is perfect! Just as described! The pool heater wasn't working but we enjoyed the beach just as well. Will definitely book again! Eric was wonderful to work with and allowed us an extra late check out!!!

The property and condo are well maintained. Being able to walk off the balcony and down to the pool area and beach is a real treat. The next-door park is a plus for a toddler. The accommodations are nice, including kitchen appliances, counters, dishes, etc. The property is quiet, except of course for the ever-present sound of the waves. The only beef is that the literature promised a heated pool and a top floor clubhouse. We didn't expect to have warm pool water in February so the pool heater being out wasn't a shock. We also didn't really need a clubhouse so that wasn't a problem either. However, it should be taken from the property description if it's not available.

This property was as amazing as advertised. The location is steps away from the beach with a stunning view from the balcony. The location is safe and secure and is close to restaurants and shopping. The home was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The ground floor location made it easy to come and go and had more than enough room for the 5 of us. 5-Stars to the host as well, who answered all questions we had immediately and made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and when we return to Florida this is where we want to stay!

Our stay here was amazing. We stayed 9/25/24 - 9/28/24. Very clean, well stocked and the beach is literally your back yard. It's on the first floor which made it super easy to get in with luggage and groceries. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and leads right to the beach. The owner of the property was very helpful and responded promptly to all questions we had. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The property is located on a quiet section of the beach, but close to good dining and shopping. The condo was clean and well appointed. Our family loved being on the first floor with direct access to the beach and the pool. We highly recommend this property.

Ormond doesn't have a lot of walkout three bedrooms directly on the ocean, and this one did not disappoint. Very clean, well equipped and super convenient to open the door and walk out to the beach. Close to restaurants and Publix. The owner was easy to contact and makes efforts to assure that al is well with your stay. Hope to visit again in the future!
