Stayed Mar 26, 2022Good air conditioning, nice and quiet, chocolates a nice touch! Outdoor lighting did not work Kitchen very poorly appointed Generally not clean-floors, old socks under bed Ensuite bathroom shower drain plugged-had to shower in 3 inches of water......I cleansed with Draino No dressers, couldn't unpack Dingy and dusty.....photographs misleading Had to purchase dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags. No recycle Sheets did not fit bed.

Stayed Jul 21, 2021Everytime I come to PS I always stay in the condos located inside the Desert Princess Golf Resort. This was my first time in this condo but, was perfect & very nice stay! My guest contact Ana Gonzalez prior to the reservation was great! THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo itself was perfectly fine, maybe even 4 stars but everyday I was there I had to deal with the constant influx of bugs! 10-20 crickets a day in the unit. The bugs were coming into the toilets, sinks and from every little crack in the baseboard. No one wants to pay to kill bugs all day. I complained to the rental agent, she had the HOA spray the exterior of the building to no avail. She never once called back to check a) if they showed up or b) if the spraying took care of the problem. I will never rent a unit if the evolve team is involved. If I could give no stars I would.

Stayed Jul 6, 2021There were 10-20 crickets in the unit everyday. The representative had the HOA spray the outside but that didn't work. The last night there was even a bug in the bed. Horrible condition for a condo to be rented! The absolute worse VRBO rental I've ever had in 5 years.

Stayed Feb 22, 2021Overall a nice size for a couple and maybe one child willing to sleep on the large couch. For a $100 investment it could be much better. They need to double the number of bath towels, provide a couple of pool towels and provide kitchen towels and washcloths. Odd that there was no way to wash off counters or dry hands or dishes in the kitchen Also there were not any ice trays. Again, for a small investment, these few items would have made the stay more pleasant.

Stayed Mar 3, 2020We had a great time at the condo. The location was perfect and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating! The resort and condo have lots to offer. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We mentioned that we were looking forward to reading and lounging and the owners went to the extra effort to buy nice lounge chairs for us. Also, there were many special touches that the owners provided for us making us feel very comfortable and welcome in their lovely condo. Thank you!!!

Stayed Nov 16, 2019Sofa bed impossible to sleep on, metal bars in between cushions and very uncomfortable. We /had to buy a blow up mattress. The unit overall was clean, nice bedding towels etc, however the unit was ill equipped in the kitchen, no coffee maker, no toaster, only 3 burners on the stove worked. No bowls for salad, serving, etc. It was comfortable enough but would never rent again. Oh yes the maintenance people for the resort were out every morning by 5:20 am driving by with their tractors, mowers, etc..
