Stayed Jan 25, 2025Well furnished, beds comfortable & house supplied with essentials like detergent, plastic wrap, foil, trash bags, etc. Manager was easy to reach & came over when we couldn’t find breaker box for electrical problem. House was cold downstairs the first two weeks & gas fireplace not helpful. Upstairs comfy & had den area for TV watching. Would stay again.

Stayed Jan 7, 2024It was really great to be so close to downtown. We really got a lot of walking done. We also enjoyed looking at the other homes in the area. A lot of nice Victorians and craftsman homes. it was so great to have plentiful towels and sheets. The one thing that we really felt was missing, was instructions on how to use appliances and other features. The TV, the fireplace, the stove and washer are a little different from the norm, and we would have appreciated instructions. The most complicated thing was the shower handle that was installed upside down and backwards. It is understandable that was done (so people don’t have to get wet when turning on the shower). But because it was so cold when we were there, we tried to turn it to the normal hot setting,and the water was freezing cold. I sent a text to the manager and suspect more instructions will be there to welcome future guests.
