ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VIEW!

The property had a wonderful view and was clean. I didn't realize that the bunk beds were actually in the bedroom. When booking, I specifically asked about stairs due to health issues when using stairs. We checked in late Saturday. On Monday were leaving to go to Savannah and were stuck in the elevator for several minutes. When we returned the elevator was out of order and we had to use stairs and was told a part had been ordered. We were not able to follow through with plans for that night and had to check out early on the next day. A young man from another management company came and helped us take our suitcases to the car. The property owner refunded for 1 night even though our vacation was ruined for 2 of the days. She was also a bit sarcastic.

Absolutely beautiful property. The views really live up to the name. Owner was very nice and responsive when we had a question. On the small side, but that was perfect for us. Beach and pool are incredibly close and accessible. We had a great time!

Overall our stay was decent. We had issues getting into the room and waited in the heat for at least 20 mins to correspond with property owners in unlocking door. Then during our stay found a dirty pair of childrens underwear in front of couch. Views were great.

We went the day after Christmas. The place was not very clean but we are not very picky. so we decided to stay. Everything was ok until we saw them....ROACHES! They were everywhere!! I took numerous pictures of them crawling all over the place but mainly in the kitchen. I called the owners and she said she would get someone out there the next day. We never heard from her again. she would not answer her phone after that. The Wi-Fi did not work most of the time. My granddaughters were scared of the roaches. They now say that we stayed at THE ROACH MOTEL! They also were able to block me from posting my review. So I called Expedia and am just now able to do so. So if you like roaches....stay here.

If you are on the fence about this place, this is your sign to just rent it! The view is perfect for sunsets and dolphin watching. Steps away from the beach and conveniences of chairs and beach umbrella and a wagon are other perks. The decor is too cute with all island/boat/sea vibes. It’s perfect for 2 people. There are some bunks at the end of the bed, but it would be a tight fit to have kiddos- however, it is doable.

We’ve been coming here for almost a decade. The condo has a great view of the water and the beach is never crowded. The condo is really nice and the new couch was an extra bonus. Great rental property!

Great location and great view! We recently stayed here for a long weekend and it was just what we were looking for. The apartment was the right amount of space but the thing we enjoyed the most was watching the dolphins from the balcony. The beach access is very convenient so we spent time there instead of going to the pool. Having a dedicated parking space was also clutch.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was as described in the listing. The view was the absolute best - lovely sunsets and a 3 minute walk to the beach which was not crowded.One hiccup in the check in process was that the parking pass was not in the box where it was supposed to be so we could not access the condo until about 2 hours after check in time. Communication with Diane was good after we informed her of the problem. A thunderstorm had blown up while we were waiting to get things straightened out, so our first evening was eventful.Having said all that, we would stay here again.

Everything was great! Great view, easy access to the beach. Had everything we needed and didn’t have to bring them (beach chairs, umbrella…) Easy to get in and out. Oh my teens loved the pickle ball court, brought our paddles with us! Had a good time, thank you!

Price too high for the room

This condo is very nice, with a pleasant balcony view. Easy beach access. Nice community pool. The location is very quiet and low keyed, but it is an easy short drive to the busier side of Tybee. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had were the cable tv and the couch. The cable was out while we were there so we had to mirror our phones to the tv to watch anything. So no tv viewing and scrolling the internet at the same time, it was one or the other. As far as the couch, it is time for another. One side is broken and won’t recline, and both sides are just flat wore out. Other than tv and couch it is very nicely decorated and has all you need for a nice stay on Tybee Island. Lots of good food nearby.

This place is grossly misrepresented. We left a day early because we couldn’t say another night. It states that it is a one bedroom. It is not. A one bedroom would require a door separating it from other parts of the condo. The bed is there waiting for you as soon as you open the front door with no door separating it. Inside the same area is a set of bunk beds. Do not be mislead, they are not normal bunk beds. They are not even twin sized. The condo states it is 560 square feet. A normal hotel room is 250 square feet and generally feels airy and has plenty of room to turn around and feel like a bathroom has adequate space to turn around. This condo is extremely crowded and you can hardly turn around, let alone have any privacy at all. Unless you are traveling with an intimate partner, it is not ideal. The couch in the living room is completely falling apart; the latches on the side of it don’t work and it is absolutely disgusting. The TV comes on, but in splotches. Don’t count on being able to catch a game here. It states it has luxury linens. That is an absolute joke. It also states that it has a breathtaking view. Let me warn you that the view is from high captains chairs on a balcony. You must overlook a parking lot, another building, and a pool before your eyes reach the beach and the skyline. As you try to sleep, air will come on and it sounds like a train above you. Most importantly, when I wrote the host, she was extremely rude and condescending.

The property was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly located just steps from the beach and close to everything on Tybee. Check-in was easy, parking was convenient, and the space felt like home. We would definitely book here again!

We've stayed at this location for a number of years. The view from the balcony is amazing. Being on the Cockspur Island Channel is great because we like the calmer water. When we tell people that we like to sit on the beach and watch the sunset, they don't understand how that can be. The only problem this year was the latch for one of the footrests on the couch recliner was broken. I reached out to Diane to let her know and she responded immediately. Installing ceiling fans in the bedroom and on the balcony would be a great enhancement. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent property with a wonderful view.

The view was excellent!! Just steps away from the beach. We saw dozens of Dolphins each day, and the beach equipment provided was very much appreciated. We basically spent the entire week on the beach. The next time we visit Tybee, we'll be seeking out this space.

Amazing with perfect views & the sunsets are breathtaking. Stocked and very well supplied— Up to date and modern. Very clean!!

Fabulous view, accommodations were clean, cozy and provided everything we needed for our stay! Diane was the best, always available and making sure we had what we needed. The balcony chairs is where we started with a cup of coffee and ended with a cocktail.Highly recommend a stay here!

Condo was good for a couple. Especially liked watching the dolphins each day from the balcony. Disliked the incessant noise from the air conditioners over the bedroom. Sounded like a train.

Really enjoyed: * View * Quiet * Balcony chairs * Great packed, flat beach for running with fewer people than the other island side beach. * Great sunset views on this side of the island * Glad we stayed here vs. Savannah. Easy enough to drive to Savannah and enjoyed the calm peacefulness of the island (at least the weekend before T'giving) Caution: * Likely true for all Tybee Island options - internet is not strong. Fortunately we didn't have to work, but if you're thinking of working from here, need to find an alternative. * Bed is very high off ground * We did not need the extra cute (hard) bunks, but if we'd have had our kids, would've been worried about the top one with no barrier.

Wonderful location and property - would definitely stay again!

Wonderful host who accommodated our trip due to hurricane Milton. The communication was wonderful ! The property was average/ for the price. Condo had a little age but otherwise clean. Really only room for two guests or maybe a small child.
