Property and view were great. There was no AC in bedroom. They brought us a fan but it didn’t make a difference when it’s is 100degrees. We had to sleep on the couch for 3 days The blinds in the bedroom are broken and no curtain so no way to keep the light and heat out

The view cannot be beat! High enough that you can’t hear anyone from the beach but not so high that you can’t enjoy every sight to be seen. The condo could use some minimizing, there is just too much furniture and knickknacks. There’s not even a space for pantry groceries in the kitchen. Otherwise a perfect location

Overall the location was great and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed in the only bedroom was terrible. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom as well. There significant gaps in the door leading from the bedroom to the balcony, a door that is completely unnecessary. Overall the unit was far too cluttered and my girlfriend and I will have bruises on our legs from bumping into things in the path of the bathroom. This place needs some updating and removal of clutter.

We did not have access to the pool. The beach was hard to access. The Air Conditioner did not cool the best. The bedroom got pretty warm. We had to purchase a fan. Otherwise, it was a nice room with a beautiful view

You cannot beat the view of this condo! Just a couple of notes: There are three flights of stairs (no handicapped access/elevator), so be prepared to haul. There are a lot of light switches that I could never figure out what they operated (I'm sure it was me). I did notice that the bedroom was about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo, so just be aware (again, it could have just been me.) If you do have knee/hip problems, just be aware of the steps. Regardless, the location and view can't be beat.

This property looks just like the pics. It’s a quaint beach condo. We loved the key west beach decor and the views from the balcony are fantastic!! For the price and the ability to bring my teacup Yorkie, this was a decent place to stay. Had some complaints in reference to the cleanliness. Kitchen counter and floors weren’t wiped or swept well and the first 3 glasses pulled from the cupboard were dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged and if it had been cleaned properly we feel they would have noticed it wasn’t draining and had it fixed before our arrival. Additionally, since Covid most places we’ve stayed at leave the sheets packaged for you to put on the beds. When we turned down the bed the sheets didn’t look fresh and there was what looked like a chest hair on them. I did bring these things up to the receptionist upon checking out and she seemed somewhat dismissive. This place felt to us like our friends were going to be out of town and said if you want to crash here you can. To the owners: you may want to speak to the property manager. Whoever is cleaning your place isn’t doing a great job.

Love the Beach Decor in the house. Great ocean front view. Step outside the deck and you feel like you can almost touch the ocean. My wife and I spent our 38’th wedding anniversary here. Definitely would stay here again.

Property has beautiful view, however you have to climb 41 stairs up and back down. The unit has some updates, shower and bathroom vanity, the kitchen needs new dishwasher and stove, and new cookware. Good amount of space, but has a lot of furniture and “stuff” makes it feel cramped. We had problems with palmetto water bugs, but hopefully that is fixed. The gentleman that come to couple of issues was great!

The condo was just as described. Had amazing views from the deck and bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the bathroom was remodeled and even nicer than the old bathroom pics shown. We just wished it was stocked a bit better. 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people does not suffice. Put a little more effort in stocking the apartment to really make it perfect. Overall we loved our stay, the beach was great for us and the kids and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.
