“A Stone's Throw” from French Quarter-Modern Charm Gorgeous CBD Condo

This place is beautiful! I can't imagine staying anywhere else while in New Orleans. Everything is in perfect working order, close to all the fun things to do, super clean and the owners are fantastic to deal with.

Excellent from all standpoints

Our host Eric provided excellent customer service and he communicated with us consistently. The VRBO was very spacious, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to all of the locations that we wanted to visit.

Easy access to condo. Secure street entrance. Great communication with owner. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Somewhat sketchy area. Just off the lighted sidewalk but felt ok. Problem with the bed. One side is extremely worn out. Really need to replace this. I. I could not have slept in this for 5 nights. Luckily wife was able to manage with it and not fall off the bed.

Eric's communication, from begginging to end, was excellent. The suite is beuatifully furnished, clean and comfortable. A perfect location, close but not too close to the NOLA fun. I highly reccomend!!

Between the apartment itself, the location and especially the communication with the property manager, this is phenomenal apartment that I will definitely book again whenever I'm back in New Orleans. It is what it is advertised to be and even more.

only problems were the towels and rags

I cannot give this property or owner enough kudo's! The place is amazing, clean and the perfect location to walk, grab a bus or streetcar to wherever you want to go in NOLA. The condo is well equipped with anything you need, the owners are amazing to work with and very responsive. You cannot go wrong with this property!

Wonderful location, spacious, comfortable living room area and beds. Really enjoyed this condo.

We loved the ease of checking in early to this lovely, spacious, secure condo with comfortable furnishings, its close proximity to everywhere in the French Quarter, and the nicely added touch of a bag of coffee provided to get our mornings started.

We stayed in this same unit 2 years ago & once again have no complaints! I love how convenient it is to stay here - you can walk to so many great restaurants & stores. Eric makes it easy to stay here by providing all the info you need to check in & out a few days before your arrival!

Nice property and great location.

Loved the place with its spacious living area and kitchen. We enjoyed being close to everything including street car lines. The host was also very communicative and flexible. We appreciated that he allowed for a later check out time to accommodate the time our conference finished.

Our stay was wonderful, Eric was more than accommodating and gave us some lovely recommendations on what to do/where to go around the city. 10/10 would stay here again!

Location was perfect and the apartment was great! Owner of the apartment responded within minutes when we had questions, would stay here again.

Host was super nice and communicated very well! Everything was very clean and comfortable! It’s a safe area to stay in and an easy walk anywhere you want to go!

The big Easy describes this condo perfectly. Easy check in and close to everything. This is a gem in the CBD. We will be back!!!
