A Room with a View: Beautiful Beachview Condominium

Third visit to Mainsail, second stay in this unit. Dawn is great to rent from! Unit was clean. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable!

Dawn was so quick to communicate all of our questions! This is a wonderful property and the location is absolutely the best ! Close to shopping and eateries. The beach was great and access to the beach chairs was a plus ! Definitely would stay here again ! Check-in was seamless .

We had the best time staying at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect... just a short walk to the pool and beach and close to great restaurants and shopping! The view from the balcony was beautiful and made morning coffee extra special. The check-in process couldn't be easier, and the property manager was super responsive and helpful. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Everything about this stay was 5 stars. Dawn was a great host and very responsive. The condo was great. We chose this place because of the great reviews on cleanliness, view, and the kiddie pool. It all matched our expectations and we would stay here again!

Mainsail has been our favorite place to stay during our annual trip for the past 26 years. Dawn's condo is by far one of our best places to stay. Very nice, clean, convenient and a well stocked kitchen. Pictures appropriately represent the condo. Appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs included in the condo price. Had the same great experience as others with Dawn's quick responses to inquiries. Will definitely stay here again. Dawn was very gracious, kind, friendly and helpful. One of the best hostesses that we've encountered.

The condo was great and close to the beach. Unfortunately it was rainy and cold but one day but the condo is close to shopping, restaurants and golfing.

Getting to the beach was just an elevator and boardwalk, away with no steps. The pool area was lovely. The condo was just as advertised on line. The condo had beautiful furnishings and all you wanted for every day use. We ate breakfast and lunch every day in the condo for this reason. The 6 seated table and 3 bar stools were a plus if you had friends for dinner!

This property is amazing, we took advantage of the beach service almost every day we were here and also used the pool a bunch, the beach and water are perfect and they really live up to the emerald coast legend. The area is just far enough away from Destin to not be right in the middle of the craziness but also close enough that you easily get a sample of it if you choose. Any of the wonderful things that I have to say about the property and area however, pale in comparison to the host. Dawn absolutely bent over backwards to help us deal with the flight delays and cancellations that happened to us, I cannot say enough good things about her, if you are weighing this property against another one please consider how much value she can add to your trip! Dawn you are INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much we hope to come back soon!!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Mainsail “Room with a View”. The condo was as described in the listing, most importantly it was clean when we arrived. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, as were the pillows. The beach chairs included with the condo were definitely a bonus! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family friendly beach vacation.

Pictures were spot on. Great view of the beach and pool. The kiddie pool was a must for us. A lot of condos don’t have a separate area for the babies. Very quiet considering it was a holiday. Master suite was very comfortable and nice. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Our family has stayed at Mainsail over 25 years. This Condo ranked high on our list. Very clean, beautiful views and very good location. Close to the pool area. Views of the ocean was amazing. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. The Wiggins/Chambliss family from Illinois
