A very clean space with pleasent amenities. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful spot for a vacation to the beach.

The kitchen was ok the heater worked ok with the fireplace!

The property was spotlessly clean. All of the furnishings were updated and in great condition. The host went out of there way to help me with a booking issue (the I caused) and got me what I needed. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Very clean, cute, stocked with necessities. We had a great stay and we loved the location of this place.

Perfect place for a quick golf trip, right down from the clubhouse. Beach access nearby. Cute little efficiency. Matt is always responsive right away. Easy check-in.

Room was big enough for my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay. Shower was excellent and air conditioning was fantastic!

This was the perfect getaway for a bit of relaxation! The host was great and responded promptly. The cottage was cute and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

The condo was very nicely decorated and, best of all, clean. Matt was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions. Check in went smoothly. The bed was very comfortable for both my husband and myself. We enjoyed our time sitting on the deck early in the morning and late in the day. My only suggestion would be to update the deck chairs.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's a comfortable place for 1 or 2 people! Close to everything! Nice surroundings. Good accomodations. I did not have any communication with the property manager, but this survey required a response, so I entered 5-star, because I DID speak with the owner of the condo, and he was extremely helpful.

Just a quick visit but relaxing.

Would have appreciate a bar of soap for the shower. And more than a 3/4 roll of toilet paper.

My husband & I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Room is sufficient and met our needs. Enjoyed watching deer at night from the large deck. We ate out so no need for any cooking supplies in the condo. Coffee maker & keurig were helpful. It met our expectations. Property owner was welcoming & very responsive when we couldn’t get in the door. Overall we were pleased & would recommend for a short stay.

It was nice

This is a great size for one person who's looking for a little me time in beautiful surroundings. Nestled under beautiful palmetto trees, there is a wide variety of secluded streets for different walks every day. Access to Edisto's shopping and dining are very close when you want a change of pace. It makes for a beautiful retreat.

I wasn't going to review, But it kept asking....There was a used water bottle and makeup covered towel in the R.R., we thought someone was in the room....Towels in the dryer (Glad I looked) and the floors are very dirty (Black Feet) I am an old Flight attendant so I am keen on stuff, also it took 40 minutes to find the unit, the new color was one thing but the guard couldn't find it, add the Bed is awful, we left a day early :( However, The Location is great, and the unit is very effcient for it's size :)

We were impressed by how nice the property is and how well it worked even though it is small. Setting was nice but was slightly marred by some necessary infrastructure repairs nearby. Otherwise it was just as we had hoped.

Great place to stay – three nights – very convenient location – was able to walk to the beach. We ate out every meal – Celebrating anniversary and son-in-law‘s 30th Birthday. Perfect for two or three people.

The property is small but suited our needs just fine. We had a rough start to the stay as when we arrived the unit was not clean and smelled like smoke, however Matt was very responsive! He had the unit cleaned while we went to dinner and even gave us a partial refund for the trouble. It is right on the golf course and very close to the beach, although a bit far to walk. We love the area and would stay again

Enjoyed being at Edisto as always. the condo is convenient, being close to things I enjoy about Edisto. I may well be interested in returning to Room With A View.

So enjoyed my time at Matt's condo. 🤗 Very nice and clean. Hope to stay again in the fall. Matt responded so quickly to all my questions.

The place are comfy and perfect for the couple.and the neighborhood are nice

This room with a view was wonderful and a great place to stay for a weekend trip. My boyfriend, my sister, and I enjoyed it very much when visiting with other relatives from out of town. Definitely will come back!
