Walking distance to the new Leavenworth Adventure Park, adjacent to the Icicle Junction mini golf course and at the mouth of the Icicle Valley which boasts supreme hiking, climbing, XC skiing, and golfing, you will find no shortage of entertainment here! If relaxing in the sun or burning off some energy sounds good, head on over to the community pool/whirlpool area and enjoy some time in the water. For those not wanting to skip their daily workout routine, there is a fitness center available too!
Oh and did we mention that just a short walk away lies the bustling downtown area overflowing with shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms This home has everything you could want in a getaway location, all the convenience of being close to downtown and the quiet and privacy of staying out of downtown.
