My son and i we’re traveling here for the first time and this place was exactly what we were looking for!! so peaceful very quiet, very clean, great host and awesome views from the house. Definitely would stay again. 10/10

Very nice and comfortable condo. Everything we needed was there. Very pleasant and responsive owners. Easy communication. Right next door to the state park. Very friendly neighbors. Recliners are a nice touch!

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Hartwell Villas and, as always, it was a great stay. Comfy condo with incredible views. We fished during the day with the kiddos and sat by the fire at night. We’ll be back.

Having friends that live in the community, we come to Lake Hartwell a lot. And our stay here was one of the best even with the effects of Hurricane Helene. We didn't have internet, but who needed it. We had the lake and a boat and perfect weather! The place was wonderfully maintained, and our families had so much fun celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday. Communication was awesome even with the issues from the hurricane and the owners were very accommodating. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much. The Crislers

We have a daughter and son-in-law that live 2 miles away. We usually visit a couple of times a year. We were bringing our 3 year old grandson to visit his aunt and uncle and decided to check out VRBO. I am so happy that we found your place! From now on, we will check for availability in your unit first. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, cooking out, and just relaxing and being together! The screened in porch was very nice. Not all of the villas have that, and that is a plus! My grandson woke up one morning, looked around and said “Oh good we’re still here! Mimi we are still here!” He had the time of his life, even catching his first catfish that nearly pulled him in. He has caught lots of bass and blue gills, but that was his first catfish! Next time I hope to bring our boat along! In our building there were 4 units. Ours seemed to be the only one occupied. We never heard or saw anyone else. The pool was also nice! I will say that I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and with the exception of a stray ramen noodle I found in a corner and a load of towels forgotten in the wash, (something we have all done before! lol), this place was extremely clean! I simply rewashed the towels, and threw away the noodle! If that is the worst thing I find in a rental I’m extremely pleased! Please don’t hesitate, book the unit! We had everything we needed, included a thoughtful welcome basket filled with essentials travelers sometimes forget!

Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The host had absolutely everything you could ever need. The place was really clean. I will be going back for sure.
