A DIRECT OCEAN FRONT WITH VIEWS OF TIKI BAR, POOL & BEACH 2 Bedroom/2Bath Condo

Nice 2 bedroom with a balcony facing the ocean, tiki bar & pool. The unit and the Ocean Manor property as a whole are a little dated but overall it was a nice stay. The only part that bothered me was their handicap route to the beach/pool/tiki bar area is the service elevator. You have to take an all-metal smelly service elevator to the basement where the hotel workers lockers are, where they are washing all the hotel's towels, etc. It’s a pretty dingy down there, not a great place to have to pass through several times a day.

The condo was as described, very organized, confortable, clean. There were pool noodles, a boogie board, 3 beach chairs and one beach umbrella that we rigged to keep open. The balcony was loud sometimes, music, construction and pressure washer in the mornings. It also smelled of smoke sometimes, lots of smokers. We smelled of skunk smoke all over the resort. The first day we were there was spring break,. lobby was absolute mayhem with college kids sitting around in bathing suits etc. When we went to the pool there was a security guard who checked my pool bag and asked if we had firearms or alcohol. I was with my kids. The tiki bar that day was crazy loud and packed, as was the pool. Luckily we were there only for the last two days of college break so once they were gone it was much calmer. The construction was still very loud, even on the beach. But the Tiki bar was great. The drinks (make sure you order the special cocktail as it is half price but same quality) and food were delicious, the best seafood that I had,, and amazing breakfast every morning. The chair and umbrella service was great. The poolside service is very convenient, the tip is included, you might miss that on the bill

This 2 BR/2b condo directly on The Galt Mile was perfect for our stay in Fort Lauderdale while we were in town for The Florida Derby. The property sits in a very walkable neighborhood.The views from the balcony are superb. The floor to ceiling window in the bedroom offered a spectacular 24-7 pool and ocean view! The tiki and restaurant made it easy to stay at the property. We had everything we could possibly need including beach gear and easy to follow information to guide us through the stay. Streaming, DVD's, and reading literature all made our stay feel like at home. It was great having a washer/dryer in unit to launder our clothing as we were flying out of Fort Lauderdale after the derby weekend. Two shirts were left behind and Christina was gracious enough to offer a solution! I can't say enough about Christina and her condo. We have recommended the condo to friends and we would love to return ourselves! Thank you for hosting us Christina!

The unit has a stunning ocean view and view of sunrise from all rooms and deck. The unit is updated. The listing said no one under 25 and no parties. I mistakenly thought that went for the whole property. Unfortunately the complex was overwhelmed with spring break kids, partying until 3 or 4 a.m. also I did not find the unit to be as clean as other reviewers. The drip coffee pot was very dirty with visible dirt. There were no cleaning supplies to clean counters, used hand wipes. The beach chairs were rusty. The tiki hut has great food but it was over crowded with spring breakers. were rusty.

Clean condo and lobby. Valet staff good and professional. Access to beach and pool great! Condo owner communicates well and right away!

This property is very run down. There is a smell in the whole building that was very unpleasant. My one son didn’t even want to stay due to the smell. The shower water was barely luke warm. I needed to clean with Clorox Wipes to feel a little cleaner. The windows for the view of the ocean were all foggy and you could not see well. I would never stay there again.

Balcony was small. Master bedroom had no windows or sliding glass door to let outside air in. View from master bedroom was gorgeous while lying in bed. We were hassled everyday about bringing our beach chair & sun shade to beach since they wanted to rent them to us. Lots of places to eat in walking distance

I LOVE that the communication with the host was via text message. Much easier than email. The air conditioner had an issue with leaking water and she send out maintenance quickly with text message to let me know the exact time of arrival.

We had everything we needed right on site. Loved the pool, tiki bar and resteraunt. Everyone was very friendly. We were close to all activities and attractions. We even witnessed baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean! Amazing sight! Everything was just perfect!

This was our first time to Fort Lauderdale. The condo was great. We had an issue with the toliet when we first arrived. Christina was very response and had the maintenance man, Jorge come up right away to assist. We loved the pool and tiki bar. The Italian restaurant was delicious.

The resort was a tremendous location with a lot of in-house options. The views do not get any better and the place was perfect. Christina has top notch communication and is so nice to work with! Definitely recommend!

The unit is beautiful, updated, and a perfect location in the building with a view of the ocean and the pool/bar area. The communication with the owner was top-notch. Christina was attentive and helpful in every way. The resort itself had some stringent policies about coolers at the pool and beach, but this was mostly enforced on the weekends. The tiki bar was awesome. It was actually on an episode of Bar Rescue about 10 years ago (was cool to watch the episode after our stay) and the food and drink were top notch with some less expensive happy-hour options. Highlights of our trip included watching a hatchling sea turtle make his way to the shore, meeting UFC fighter C. McGregor training at the beach directly in front of our condo. Overall, it was a great trip, and we look forward to coming back.

We were not aware that the property has hotel rooms. We paid a premium for location and were surprised at the hotel clientele . The property/hotel staff were very nice . Check in process was a breeze .

This was a wonderful condo and exactly as described! It’s very large and had everything you could want! Another great perk was that Christina(owner) provided 4 beach chairs and towels! This made our days so much easier to just go right to the beach. We loved the tiki bar on site. It does get somewhat loud with the music at night on some nights, but not too bad. And, you don’t hear anything in th e condo. We will definitely rent here again. Also, the location can’t be beat. We didn’t have a car, and walked to Winn Dixie and to dinner at a local restaurant.

Christina was an absolute pleasure. Her communication and attention to detail was outstanding. The condo was clean and was exactly what the pictures described, the view is spectacular. I would definitely stay again and highly this property for your next vacation!

2 adults & 2 adult children much enjoyed this unit for our beach-sought vacation. Balcony was a great plus!

Christine (owner) was fantastic! Lighting fast to return calls and fix ann item in the condo needing repair. Getting out of the freezing Midwest was nice. The condo is a good size with a washer and dryer in the master bedroom. Bathrooms are tight and the beds aged. Beach access is great with a tiki bar that serves topical bar food. The building is aged - oldest in Ft. Lauderdale so a pinch of salt is needed for the expectations.

Property was very clean and nicely furnished, with plenty of space and a great view,. We would've appreciated a later check-out time, but were otherwise pleased with our experience.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the view! Watching the sunrise from bed every morning was so lovely. It was so nice having a kitchen and beach chairs to use. We would definitely come back! Communication with owner was great! We had no problems!

We had a very relaxing New Years Eve vacation week! The condo had everything we needed. Loved having the pool and beach so close! And being able to get food and drinks while at pool/beach.

This property is in between TV providers. The property manager made arrangements for a temporary fix but it was quite confusing to get to programs that we wanted to watch. Hopefully this will be corrected by our next visit.

Great location with building amenities of the Tiki Bar and walking distance to stores for necessities. The condo owner was excellent with communication about our stay. We will be back to enjoy the beautiful beach with such clear water.

My husband and I absolutly loved the condo and are planing to go back again very soon. The communication with the owner was excelent and the place was spotless and easy access to supermarket and pharmacy. The staff was very nice and helpfull and the pool and beach were the Best. We loved it

Check in A Cleanliness: B Mechanical issues: Leaking water from AC unit, large bubbled paint in certain areas, Extremely dirty windows, likely from the outside of the building which owner/property management may not be able to fix or control. Comfortless: B+ Beds were great and pillows were great too Super handy having washer and dryer too. Drapes/curtains made the place feel kind old and outdated. Oversized furniture was really uncomfortable when sitting dir longer than a few minutes. It was a great location and pool was nice. IT WAS AWESOME having beach supplies such as chairs and umbrella. Would I stay at this particular unit again Probably not but it worked pretty well for us for sure.

Location was great! Apartment had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Nice kitchen and a supermarket within walking distance. Great overall family oriented location.
