Absolutely beautiful view. Beds were just just right for me.

All was good- very clean- pretty fireplace and a great view on big balcony. We had a friend trip and it was amazing. Also, great response when we had a question. Be sure to read the notes on counter and fridge that gives great instructions

We have stayed at this condo at least four times and have loved every visit!

The view is outstanding. A few things broken like locking door and toilet leak. The overall stay was very good. I would recommend. host responded promptly and was helpful with a few questions we had.

Everything was as described, very clean all remodeled beautiful view of the lake off the enclosed deck! Shelia was great to deal with! Property was close to everything was only around a 30.00 Uber ride to the Strip. Would definitely stay here again!!

This weekend was fantastic! My husband and I spent the weekend with my college roommate and husband. This vacation rental was perfect! Immaculate, well appointed, and fireplace was warm and cozy. The view was spectacular. We all four highly recommend this condo!

The location is amazing and the unit is beautiful. The only negative were the people in the unit above, which is uncontrollable. They were loud and were moving furniture or something until 2:00 in the morning. But I would gladly stay here again and just hope nobody was in the unit above. The views are amazing. Great place to stay.

Location is very good, balcony overlooking the lake was very nice. Well appointed condo that has everything needed. Communication was very good and easy to access what was needed. The time we stayed there were loud neighbors who also smoked and were up late, which is not under this condo owners control but did take away from the overall experience unfortunately. Despite that, we were happy with everything else and enjoyed the stay and the area.

The condo was very clean and bright, looking out on the water.

This was ideal for us as this is our 2nd year staying at the Ledges. We love that this is one of a few units that have a screened in balcony but the screening really needs a good exterior cleaning. Regardless of that we’d stay again, and being street level was wonderful.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will be back again.

Easy access and no steps, very clean and comfortable, loved the balcony and lake view, also the fireplace ambiance. Osage Beach town was nice and proximity to activities and parks was convenient. Highly recommend!

Place is exactly as pictured, nice, and clean. The views are beautiful. The screened in porch was great because there were a lot of wasps flying around and they couldn't get to us. The straight walk from the parking lot was nice with luggage and groceries not having to go up stairs. Location is great and near lots of great restaurants and activities. This is our second time renting from this person (did a different until previously in building 10) and the communication and directions were great.

Good location. Nice VRBO. Could have done without the screened in deck. Diminished the view somewhat and it was very dirty. No coffee to be found but there were coffee makers.

Perfect for a quiet getaway! Our first ever girls only vacation and it couldn't have been any better. The view was phenomenal! Parking was right next to the building with no stairs, which was great for grandma. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need cook a meal. There was even games to play for evening fun on the patio.

Our favorite place is the balcony so we love it screened in. Love Ledges!

Great first time experience! Condo had everything that you would need or want. Color scheme and home decor was great. Enjoyed screen in area. Will recommend and vacation here again.

The pool are was very hard to get to. Go all the way across the parking lot then down 4 flights of stairs. We were all in are 70's so if hard to do.

The property is very comfortable and has a wonderful screened in deck where you can watch all the boats. It is right on the water and beautiful. The owners of the property as extremely nice and are so helpful if you need anything. This was our second visit and will be back later this year.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation at this condo. Plenty of room for my husband and I. Loved the location and the stunning view from our balcony. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and promptly answered our questions. Very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, with updated furnishings. Most importantly, there was only one step to get in the unit. The only mild negative, was the appliances were on the noisy side.

The accommodations were clean, easy to access and as advertised. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from and people were helpful and friendly.

The condo property was just as stated...clean, new appliances and furniture, and a gorgeous unit. We were thrilled with the place, and it worked out great for our spring time golfing trip in Lake of the Ozarks!

We had a very nice weekend at the condo and enjoyed our stay. The view was relaxing as we sat on the deck and enjoyed the weather, even watching a storm pass through. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. All of the necessary kitchen supplies and extras were provided. It is also conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. I was about to snap. The pressure of the year was upon me. Whenever I feel this way I come to the Lake to decompress. The view of the water just sets my soul at ease. The ambiance of the fireplace is so relaxing. I like laying in the master watching the sun rise in the morning. I was able to go finish my Christmas shopping and come back to condo to wrap them all at my pace with no one barging in.

Highly recommend great location we’re in town looking at wedding venues around the lake and easy access to everything.

This unit is pleasantly decorated and immaculately clean. The screened deck furniture is very nice and there is a great view of the lake. While I would recommend this unit for most people, we are old people and are not familiar with ROKU and streaming, so we had a hard time finding our programs on TV. We also found the bed to be uncomfortable for us (too soft and bouncy). These are personal preferences though, so I would still rate this unit as five stars.

The place has easy access on the first floor. The deck over looks the lake it’s a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Have fun fishing shopping

We came to town on a work trip with another couple we are friends with. The condo was very clean and comfortable and spacious. Has a pretty view and a nice screened in deck, but in November we didn’t use it. My only suggestions would be to have a few more towels available ( needed to wrap hair in after showering) A bath mat would also be nice as well as some Kleenex. Could not find condo and texted owner who called me back immediately. Would stay here again.

This property is awesome. Everything was nice and clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable. In fact, I have already booked it for next year. I'm disabled and can't take steps and this condo is on the first floor with no steps.

This is our second stay and we will difinetly be back. The kitchen needs more pots and pans and forks but is adequate. The views are amazing. The king bed is firm so be prepared!

The condo was even better than what the pictures showed. It was spotless, updated, tastefully decorated, the furniture was comfortable and the views from screened-in balcony and master bedroom were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was clean clean clean….. we have rented from Naples Fl to Maui this unit was the most equipped with everything you need. From salt and pepper to all the utensils needed. I would certainly stay here again. Don’t make a mistake….. the owners truly care about the property. We enjoyed the screened in lanai watching the boats and the sunrise is spectacular.

It was a nice location and beautiful lake view. Alittle disappointed that a pool was closed and the beach area wasn’t much. Overall we would recommend this place it was a gorgeous condo

Fantastic view, great update, super condo, mattress’s could be updated to a plusher version. But this is the nicest one I’ve rented at The Ledges. I used to own there and now I try to rent there a few times a year.

We walked into a lovely, spotless condo, greeted with a beautiful view of the lake. This place is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need. The beds are super comfy with soft linens. The screened-in deck and nice furniture makes it hard to leave. We became very skilled at “boat watching.” 😁😁 For us, no steps was a huge perk. Thank you for sharing this lovely condo.

Perfect place to stay in Osage Beach. Condo is clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Easy check in process.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The hosts gave us our information in good time and answered any of my questions in a timely manner. This is a large complex and was pretty busy when we were there. The unit was very well supplied, and the hosts had clear instructions on checking in and out. The only thing that we had a little trouble with is the front doorknob. We had some trouble getting it unlocked, but eventually got it. It has great views of the lake, and I got up to see the sunrise every morning.

We booked this condo for a mom friends getaway. It was perfect. The beds were big enough to share and comfortable enough for a decent night’s sleep. The screened in balcony was a sweet place to watch the sunrise. The kitchen and accommodations made it easy to eat in. The pools and lake were easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

Came in on motorcycle from North Missouri. Security was great in allowing us to not worry about parking pass being visible since I was worried it would blow off or get stolen. Area was perfect and the condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Views were amazing and the point pool was a delight. Had Walmart deliver groceries. Will definitely remember this one and book again in the future!

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely condo. The main channel view was amazing. Location was close to everything. We enjoyed all the deer in the area. We rented a boat for three days and used their boat slip. Worked out perfect. We’d stay here again! Mary & Paul
