A Charming Oceanfront Condo - 1/2 Mile North of St. Augustine

We had another absolutely wonderful stay here last week and cannot recommend this condo enough! Everything about the experience was a seamless, 5-star experience from start to finish. * **The View & Location:** You truly cannot beat the location. The ocean views are stunning, and waking up to the sight and sound of the waves every day is so nice! * **The Condo:** The property itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described. * **The Host:** The owner was absolutely great to work with—incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, which made the whole process completely stress-free.Vilano Beach is such a fantastic area, and this condo is the perfect place to experience it. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be looking to book here every time we make the trip to St. Augustine!

This was a very clean unit, right on the beach. We were on the 2nd floor and heard zero noise from above or beside us which was nice. Its just a short drive to all of the fun things to do in St. Augustine. Highly recommend!!

Property was very clean and well stocked. This is the fifth time we have stayed there and we plan to go back. The complex was very quiet and in a prime location. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the ocean. It was a great experience.

We love the condo! Martha and Regina are wonderful to work with and prompt at answering text. The view is beautiful and the condo is always clean. It is very convenient to town and the bridge for those of us that are walkers. Only a few blocks away. Great place rain or shine!

The beach is wonderful. The accommodations are perfect. See the sunrise and the dolphins from the balcony.

We have stayed at this condo complex 3 times now. This host was very welcoming and when we had an issue with something, they were there right away to fix it. The condo was clean and confortable.

We have stayed at the Seawatch for years! The location is perfect. You can enjoy your day on the beach, in the pool, or downtown Saint Augustine. The condo has everything you need for a week away.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this condo. We love the covered deck. It is so nice to sit out there and watch the sun rise. The unit is clean and well stocked. The location is great as it away from the crowds but close enough to dining and shopping. We will be staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay at Sea Watch! The condo was very clean and well stocked and the owner reached out via text message a couple of times during the trip to make sure everything was going OK. The beach in front of the condo is very quiet, so there is plenty of room to spread out. The condo came with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc, which was very nice. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive into downtown St. Augustine. The views from the balcony are amazing and we saw a lot of dolphins during our stay.We will definitely look to rent again next time we are in town!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo (the fourth time at Vilano Beach), and we absolutely love it! The beach is beautiful and perfectly situated, close to everything, but not crowded. The condo is perfectly appointed, clean, and lovely.

The Seawatch condos have the best views in Vilano Beach. This unit is well-equipped and comfortable for a couple. Martha and Regina went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. It is such a treat to have the beach just steps away, and all of the attractions of St. Augustine are about a 10 minute ride. This condo is a tremendous value.

Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped unit. Close to the Publix and very accessible to St. Augustine historic district.
