Welcome to your Beach Dream! Enjoy this 1 bedroom- 1 bathroom oceanfront condo

located on the second floor in the Seascape complex. The condo offers a

private balcony, keyless entry, and a sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening drink on the lovely balcony.

When entering the unit you will be met with a spacious living room space. The

living room space offers a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and balcony slider

door off the living room, you are met with a kitchen. It is well equipped with

stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker and everything you need to

make a a meal. Between the living room and kitchen, will be a small hallway

which leads to a bathroom with a washer and dryer in hallway closet. On the

other end of the hallway leads to the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed for

your sleeping arrangements, large window to enjoy the view and balcony access.

Equipped with a dresser, and walk in closet to unpack and make yourself at

home.



We supply linens for the queen bed in the bedroom. Sleeper sofa linens can be

rented for a small fee upon request.



The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just

catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is

right, you will be treated to an absolutely stunning moonrise over the ocean.

You will have be able to enjoy the entire one bedroom condo to yourself with a

private oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedroom!



There are 2 parking passes provided for the unit. There is additional over

flow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled

'Courtyard at Seascape'.



The pool is also located across the street between the 'Courtyard at Seascape'

buildings. They offer some pool loungers and tables. There is also a smaller

charcoal community grill outside the pool gates for guest use. (Charcoal is

not provided).

Enjoy all the Seascape Complex has to offer.

There is overflow parking with valid parking passes across the street at any

Courtyard at Seascape property.



Parking passes are located inside the condo for guest use.

Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your vehicle immediately after

arrival to avoid towing.



Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to enjoy year round food and drinks. They

do occasional Holiday themed events perfect for all ages!



Enjoy Freeman Park where you can drive your vehicle onto the beach or camp out

for a night! They are pet friendly year round and only a 2 minute drive away.



Public Kayak access by going on Starfish Lane crossing over Canal Drive.

Please read all of the following: Check In time is strictly 4PM. We do our

best to accommodate for early check in. We offer early check-ins when fit with

a small fee, as this time allows our cleaning and inspecting teams to make

sure it is to our 5-star standard. If you enter the home prior to 4PM without

a scheduled early check in, you will be charged an additional fee. This home

is a vacation rental. We require someone in the party staying in the rental,

to be at least 25 years of age or older. You will be required to sign a

Vacation Rental Agreement under the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act to be

able to secure your reservation. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

Queen, King and Full beds are authorized to sleep 2 people with twin beds

sleeping 1. If your unit offers a Sleeper Sofa, the linens for the sofa are

NOT included. They can be provided upon request but are an additional $30 per

set and Property Manager needs a 48 hour notice prior to arrival to ensure

they are placed in the home. Failure to give 48 hour notice will may result in

unavailability. This unit is pet friendly. We do not have any breed

restrictions but do require a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. The max amount

of pets allow is 2. Check out instructions are posted in the home, along with

WiFi information. Please follow the check out instructions to avoid additional

fees.



There is a pet fee that covers up to 2 dogs. An additional $75 fee applies for

each dog beyond the first two.

    Unfortunayely our trip was cut short ny Hurricane Debbie. The condo was really nice, had a brautiful view, and provided easy access to the beach. We would have LOVED our stay if not ruined by the weather. Will definitely stay there again!

    The apartment is definitely worth five stars. Short walk to the beach as well as a bar/restaurant and pier. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with a nice view of the ocean from the back porch. The only issue was miscommunication about check in which delayed us being able to get in for an hour. We received conflicting information from RedAwning than the checkin procedure from Palm Air Realty, who owns the property. Otherwise it was a great stay.

    We loved our beach home away from home. The bedroom and living room were both beachfront so we could listen to the ocean waves all night. It was the perfect size for a couple of adults! The walk to the beach was quick even with chairs and paraphernalia. Local restaurants were delicious and the constant breeze was great in the heat. We will definitely be back!

    The property is very close to the ocean, the view from the balcony is wonderful. There is some minor damage in the unit, gouges in the walls, and it might need a little cosmetic maintenance here and there.

    Gorgeous view from this small but very nice apartment. You can hear the waves crashing as you sleep. You have to walk about half a block to access the beach, but it wasn’t a problem. Convenient to restaurants and a Publix grocery. Would stay again.

    We loved the condo we stayed in. Communication was great with property manager. Only complaint was there was no parking when we got there. We called but no one answered or ever returned our call. We finally found a spot and then when someone left the next morning we got a space. More information on limited parking who have been nice. Otherwise everything was great!
