9th Floor Beachfront at Pelican, Stunning Ocean View, 3 Pools, Beach Chairs

The property lived up to our expectations. It was lovely.

Great location and condo. Missing a few key essentials like pot holders and knives that actually cut food -lol. Other than that it was a great experience!

This is our second time at the Pelican Resort and this time was just as great as the last time. The owners were wonderful and understanding of anything that popped up last minute for us and were a joy to communicate with. Would come back every month if possible!

We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved this condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The Gulf views were breathtaking — we started every morning with coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the crystal-clear water.The thoughtful touches and amenities really stood out — from the well-stocked kitchen to extras like the beach cooler, which made our days by the water even better.This was the perfect place for our honeymoon, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year.If we had to mention anything, the bed was very uncomfortable, but nothing that took away from our overall enjoyment. Truly a five-star experience!

Condo was as advertised, very nice location, beautiful view. Very clean. Owners were readily available. Could use some updated kitchen ware (pans and sharper knives). Was pretty humid (Florida lol) but this did make the coffee table kinda of tacky/sticky. Other than those minor things, was very enjoyable

Pelican Beach Resort was a great place to stay with two great pools, hot tubs, and easy beach access. Pools are heated on cooler days. Long wait for the elevators was our only complaint.

Pelican Beach Condos was lovely. We loved there was 24 hour security. The condo was beach front. What a great view! It was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. Yavuz contacted us the day we checked and to make sure we had everything we needed. The view from the spacious balcony was so relaxing. We will definitely rent this condo again. Our experience was lovely! Thank you!!!

The condo was lovely all remodeled and equipped with everything. Very clean and neat. The view was amazing. A very nice resort. Communication with host was great. Enjoyed our stay very much.We will definitely be back.

Condo was exactly as described in the listing with stunning beach views and plenty of amenities either in unit or on property. Loved the added bonus of the air fryer! Bed seemed a little worn out but overall was comfortable to sleep on. Will probably need replaced at some point. Will definitely be rebooking this condo again if ever back in the Destin area.

We were very pleased over all with our stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with starter supplies. We were impressed with the updated decor and kitchen appliances. We enjoyed the resort amenities. We will definitely be back!

Three issues made our stay less than perfect. Furniture was butt Sprung. Once you sat down, it was very difficult to get up. TV connection was awful. Had to buffet every few minuets. When reconnected, story line skipped over portion of show playing while buffeting. Extremely annoying! Knives were extremely dull.

Great beachfront condo! Very clean and nice. Had everything we needed to cook and stuff to take to the beach. Would 100% recommend and will be back!

Literally everything is at the resort, the beach is a short walk from the resort, the room had an amazing view and it was really cozy and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Whole process was simple, the place was as described and the view was nice.

The condo was beautiful - comfy and updated Shower pressure in master bath was blaster, helping get the sand off of your body easily, though the drain was a little slow - master bed was not the greatest but ok If it were my place, I would put some runners (rugs) down to catch some of the sand being tracked in Listening to the waves of the water every morning, heavenly The 2 beach chairs and umbrella in the unit helped save $ every day on the beach Resort was great No issues at all Would stay again!

This place was fantastic. Both the room and resort have all you need. The views are absolutely amazing and pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be coming back.
