Stayed Jun 6, 2026This is a wonderful place to stay at Hilton Head - restaurants and shopping are right outside your door. Balconies and windows overlook a beautiful harbor with breathtaking views and lots of people watching/activity. This unit overlooks the pool and is on the second floor which is nice. The master bathroom was updated. The others were not updated, but not bad. The ice maker was not working during our stay. Also, because of the space, the freezer cannot be fully opened because it is so tight in the space. Other units' layouts are a little more designed for the guests in each bedroom to have an adjoining bathroom. Also, I the living room seating (coaches/love seat) were not enough for the amount of guests the unit can hold. Technology and TVs were wonderful - all had Roku remotes. The pool is always a great spot as it overlooks the marina. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Stayed Apr 18, 2026The property has a nice view of the pool and the harbour. The location was perfect for golfers and restaurants. We had a problem with ice maker and they came and fixed it the same day.

Stayed Mar 26, 2026We had a wonderful stay. The only negative was the pool wasn’t open for us. They opened it the day before we had to leave. But that’s ok, it didn’t bother us, we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. Overall an excellent place to stay, customer service was perfect, and all questions I had were answered promptly. We’d definitely come back to it! Thank you!

Stayed Mar 14, 2026Lovely view of the marina at Shelter Cove.Great location for shopping and delicious restaurants.We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our March stay but we enjoyed the hot tub.Unit was well maintained and clean.We would definitely book again!

Stayed Oct 27, 2025No luggage cart available.Ice maker water supply froze and never produced ice.Pictures and descriptions didn’t tell us the 3rd bathroom was across the living area from 3rd bedroom.No privacy between master BR and bathroom/toilet.One washcloth per person for the week.

The reasons we did not give it an overall 5 is the freezer is almost non functional for large items because you don’t have room to open the door….it slams into the wall! Secondly there is no bathroom door on the master bedroom bath…which we found weird.With that said we would stay there again, we just can’t give it a 5!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This condo is in a perfect location. The harbor, shopping and restaurants are steps away. The Outside adventure company is also steps away which was great as we took a fabulous dolphin tour. The vacation Company that manages the property was very responsive to all our requests. Access to the Palmetto Dunes was also a real benefit. Great expert!
