701 - 7th Heaven! Beachfront Top floor, end unit with stunning views

It was right on the beach and the room was clean, cool and quiet. I wish they had some sort of bar or food available for in the evening.

Very clean kitchen stocked with everything you need. Had Tupperware bowls we used to put sandwiches for beach. Plenty of towels and opportunity for linen exchange. Loved having umbrella and chairs provided with our room. Staff excellent nice area felt safe at all times. We are talking about going next year and get a 3 bedroom condo.

Reviewer Comments: My most major complaint would be that i had issues with my AC unit 3 different instances. one in particular that i had to move units with kids at midnight because my room was 85 degrees. About a 2 hour process all said and done. Another instance was at 8am because the power went out and the AC unit didn't reset. lastly, upon arrival the AC unit didn't work so we had to move into a room while they sorted the power out. Room was outdated but got the job done. Would probably not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Our condo was great except it could use a new couch, the carpet needs to be shampooed and the balcony chairs were not comfortable.(Taller ones that you can see over the railing would be great.) The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular!

Everyone who worked there was so helpful. Our flights were very late arriving. Stephen (the night manager) was like an angel in the night. He was so pleasant and helpful. It was just a pleasure to be greeted by him. The complementary beach service was incredible. We just loved our stay and are planning to go back soon

We had such a great, relaxing long weekend. Beach was perfect, condo was perfect, we would definitely stay again.

Staff amazing,loved that. The view of the water,loved that. Internet down for 1 day,understandable. Staff came to help next day,loved that. Carts at door for groceries,loved that. In overall we loved our stay. With that being said our room was dirty to the point of gross. There was a very large dark stain on the carpet coming from under the couch. When we opened the couch to make the bed the bed liner had brown stuff smeared all over it. There was crackers under on the floor. Some throw pillows also had brown smears. We had to call for a new bed liner. There wasn't one on hand so had to use a king size. I do feel if the carpet was better maintained and a better overall check of the room we would not have felt so harsh about the room.

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.
