Stayed Jan 1, 2026Would Absolutely ReturnWe booked this place on short notice when my brother came to visit from the UK, and it turned out to be a very comfortable and well-managed stay.The home was clean, welcoming, and ideal as a base while we spent most of our time out exploring the Moab area. Upon arrival, we noticed a minor issue with the kitchen sink/disposal that was already present. We did not cause the issue; we simply reported it, which is our normal practice when traveling.We travel frequently and understand that no property is ever 100% perfect. What matters most to us is how things are handled. The hosts were relaxed, professional, and easy to work with, which made the situation completely stress-free. Since we are often out of cell service and constantly on the move, we appreciated that there was no inconvenience or disruption to our trip.Because of the way everything was handled, we would absolutely stay here again and expect to return on future trips to the area. It’s a great place to come back to at the end of a long day of adventuring. We enjoyed our stay and confidently recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. Easy drive to Moab, Arches, and canyonlands and other local hikes as well. The condo was set up nicely for our family of six where everyone has a bed and two bathrooms were perfect. The pool was great too!

Stayed Mar 17, 2025The condo was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions. It was a bit out of the way, but that also meant it was quiet in the evenings.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We had a great stay and enjoy the condo. Our kids didnt want to leave. It was quiet and clean, just wish it was a little closer to the center of town, but the price was great and drive totally doable.

Stayed May 23, 2024This condo was clean, spacious, plenty of beds, towels, kitchen supplies and laundry detergent! It was really nice to have laundry right in the unit. The only complaint we had was that you couldn’t shut the laundry room door, so it was very noisy when the machines were running. We would definitely stay here again!
