The Space:

609 Newhaven is a modern first-floor unit with amazing ocean views. This 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo has a large open floor plan, allowing for socializing and being together. New tasteful furnishings throughout the home! This property will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.



There are king beds in both bedrooms with 2 updated en suite bathrooms with newly updated showers. 3rd full bathroom in the hallway, with a tub-and-shower combo, allows easy access for guests. Features include lovely marble countertops throughout, new furniture, and sliders. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a full-size oven, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, a crock pot, a microwave, a fridge, and a washer and dryer. 3 TV's with Hargray cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Amazing view off the back deck, while the front deck has a public grilling area and a beautiful courtyard.



Parking is provided in the parking garage under the Newhaven facility. You may park in the space labeled 609NH or a guest spot. The owner is also providing you with their personal golf cart storage area next to their parking space. The key to this space will be in the unit.



The Village of Newhaven is a quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from the pool, golf course, and beautiful beach at low tide. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard.



From your balcony, enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes. Easy access to the beach at low tide, OP Bar & Grille, Ocean Point Golf Links, Pro Shop, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
