Stayed Jan 15, 2025The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The pictures are accurate. The unit is located directly on the beach, complete ocean view from the master bedroom, living room and deck. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, including access to beach chairs. The check-in process was easy, use of an electronic keypad to enter.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Stayed in Clearwater for a long weekend with my dad and brother and we had a wonderful time! Location can’t be beat- right on the beach , beautiful views of every sunset! A nice walk to town and restaurants . I’m 5 months pregnant and did the steps to the condo easily so wasn’t bad for me! Bonus was having all the beach stuff we needed!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The place was very clean inside. The location was really good, 2 min walk to the Beach. The Manager was very responsive and available to address any problems, promptly. Adding a Coat of Paint to the outside of the whole building would make the place more appealing. The Chairs on the Balcony of Unit 5, need to be replaced and the Balcony Floor repaired. Some of the Wood pieces are coming off. The Grill outside needs to be cleaned. I spent 1/2 hr. cleaning it before I could use it. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Nice place. Good amount of space, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, and away from the super busy areas, but still close enough to walk to some restaurants and shopping.
