5th Floor 3 Bed/2 Bath Oceanfront condo sleeps 6, renovated. Oceanfront balcony & pool.

This is not our first VRBO rental in Amelia Island. The space and beds were great. That’s huge for my family. The view and location were also awesome. What was disappointing was that it was not clean. I am not super OCD especially on vacation, but it should be clean. The floors had not been mopped in awhile. I know that because our feet were black from walking bare foot. There were spills on the floor and walls that had not been cleaned. We also had one toilet that had not been cleaned well. It was also not equipped with a basic setup (1 trash bag and an extra roll of toilet paper). Now I know that there is never a whole lot, but there is usually 1 extra. The kitchen setup was a little disappointing too. I know this sounds crazy, but there were no dish towels or dish rags to wash dishes or countertops. There were plenty of cooking tools, but nothing to wash them with. We do cook when we are at a vacation condo and try to clean up as we go. I want to conclude by saying we had a great time. The condo owners should know that we loved their space and appreciate the opportunity to stay there. It’s their cleaning and management team that need help. We would rent this spot again, so long as it was clean. Thank You.

Condo was nice and view from balcony was beautiful. Website for this property needs to be updated to state that beach items are available for use. I specifically asked about the contact person at ERA about chairs/umbrella and was told that if it isn't listed on the webpage, there is nothing available, so I rounded up what my family would need and brought with us only to find an entire closet full of items available.

The beach is wonderful! Our view was great! The condominium complex is dated and only had one luggage carrier, all other luggage and various other items had to be transported in grocery carts. One of the bedrooms smelled terribly, so one of us had to sleep on the couch. The master bath has dark mold all over the vent and on the inside of some of the bathroom tiles. The owner did tell us about the dryer being vented into the same closet that it is in, but the heat from the dryer was alarmingly hot! We would not stay in this condominium again.
