Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too!), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025The property was mostly clean. The floors needed to be mopped better but overall it was pretty clean. It is a little beat up from wear and tear too. Otherwise it was it was a good place to stay that fit my family of 7 comfortably at an affordable price. It is just outside the city away from all of the tourist traffic but close enough to get to everything quickly. The property management company was also very fast to respond to any of our concerns and rectify any issues we had quickly. I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Stayed Apr 17, 2026The property was as described and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. This property seemed like a good value for the price, but it could also use a little TLC. There were broken light fixtures, loose bathroom fixtures, the TVs couldn’t stream, and quite a few hairs in the bedding. Once again though, it seemed to be a decent value for the price compared to other places in Moab.

Stayed Apr 1, 2026Pros: Excellent location with plenty of space! Having laundry on-site and a grill was a huge plus. Parking was easy, and the HVAC system was impressively responsive.Suggestions for Improvement: The home has a lot of character, though it shows some natural wear and tear that could benefit from a little TLC. A deeper clean of the floors would go a long way, as they felt best suited for wearing shoes indoors. We also noticed a few maintenance items: some loose faucets and a slow-draining guest bathroom that made it difficult to use.Note on Amenities: The bed was quite soft/lumpy, which might just be a personal preference, but worth noting for future guests. Also, the kitchen is truly bare bones—you’ll want to bring your own salt, oil, and foil if you plan on cooking!Overall: A great spot for the location, but a bit of updating and a deep clean would really make it shine.

Stayed May 30, 2025We LOVED this condo!! It was very clean. Great check-in instructions . Had all amenities. Fully stocked kitchen that we greatly appreciated. A/C worked great!! Extra roll-away beds came in very handy. We enjoyed the pool. We only wish we’d found this sooner—it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Moab. The owners are awesome. We would highly recommend!!

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Just off the main road for a more peaceful stay but conveniently located 10-15 min from downtown Moab. Unit offered a nice supply of the basics and had great cooking utensils, dinnerware and linens/towels. We were in Moab to visit our daughter and son-in-law.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024The unit is convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and restaurants. The pool was nice after days of hiking. The jets on hot tub didn’t work. The manager was very responsive.
