The condo was so clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again

This was a beautiful home. There was six of us and was perfect. The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large kitchen and sofa. The location was perfect in relation to Bryce Canyon. We would recommend this home and will definitely come back again.

The location was great, and the place was clean and comfortable! The pool was right outside our condo and easily accessible.

The unit was okay. On the plus side it was newer and the location was convenient to Moab. But I can’t give it a higher rating because there was cleanliness and some other issues.

Condo was not ready when we arrived. We stood out in the hot sun for an hour waiting for the cleaning lady to clean the condo. It was a rushed job and the place was not very clean.

Great place to stay when in Moab. The accommodations are great from a space standpoint. Lots of kids especially in the pool. Nice little balcony.

It was the perfect spot to stay for exploring Arches, Canyonlands and Capitol Reef National Parks! Condo was as advertised and had everything you needed! We recommend!

We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo as well as our time exploring the area. The location is on the south side of town a few miles away from the crowds and shops. It was a lovely 3 bedroom (plus a huge master closet that was perfect for our 2 yr old to sleep- dark and a trundle bed was provided) 2 bathroom with a large laundry room. The pool and hot tub were a treat each night. The kitchen had an oven, microwave, blender and toaster. There were enough kitchen items (plates and utensils) for 1 meal depending on the size of your group but plan to wash between meals if eating there. Low on pantry items (no salt or pepper, a couple of other mostly empty seasonings) - but the fridge and cupboards were spotless. The owners responded promptly to all comments/requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better price for the accommodations, locations and size of the place. Would stay there again if we are ever in this area again.

The property looked just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, spacious. Just what you need after a day of hking at arches or canyonland.

This property had everything we needed and was in a great location for us to do day trips to The Needles, Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Just 10 minutes south of town and nice and quiet for tired nights in the hot tub. The response time and communication were top notch.

Great place to stay for a getaway to Moab. A few minutes from downtown - right off the main road. Comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious unit. Having the pool and hot tub just outside was a real bonus, especially after hiking in the parks. The location was good too, a bit removed from the noise and traffic of downtown Moab.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and seeing the red cliffs. The condo was very spacious. Very close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The property manager always replied promptly.
