5D New Moab RedCliff Condo, POOL & HOT TUB

Very nice layout on one floor. Very close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

With a little extra care and concern for renters, this property could be pretty decent. We were disappointed that the property claimed to accommodate 8 people, but the kitchen had only 3 plates, 5 bowls, and a couple small pots and pans only big enough to cook for maybe two or three people. Also, there were two twin roll-away beds but only 1 set of sheets, which we found dirty and wadded up in a closet. A few things were broken in the house… the doorknob of the master bathroom fell off every time we opened it, and some slats from the living room vertical blinds were missing so people in the pool and hot tub could see right in to the house at night. Aside from these inconveniences, we did enjoy our time in the area. But we have stayed in much nicer properties in the area at a similar price, so we probably won’t choose this one again.

Everything was very nice. Comfortable bedding. Spacious kitchen and good wifi.

The condo is large, with lots of room for families. It had a lovely kitchen and roomy bedrooms. 10/10 The condo is next to the pool, and we enjoyed the patio view.

It was a beautiful place that fit our large family of 7. Loved the fact the pool was right outside the sliding door. Were able to use bbq grill for Easter and had plenty of storage in kitchen for food. When we did have issues with upon arriving finding a sink pipe leaking ,it was quickly resolved. Thank you! It worked so well for us !

Hot tub was filled with little kids every night so we didn’t get to enjoy it.

Hosts were really great. Check in was easy and seamless. Great launching spot for family adventures.

Everything was clean. We went to Arches National Park.

I don't usually review properties since most are decent and as expected. That wasn't the case this time.I'll start by saying that the unit is on the inside of the property so the truck noise isn't bad. It's next to the hot tub so do expect some noise, especially at night.Here's where the problems started. The front door area is super dark since the outside light bulb is barely working. We had to use our cell phone lights to enter the door code every time. When we got inside, the inside door handle was lying on the floor. I had tools so I reinstalled it. Then we noticed that two slats were missing on the slider's vertical blinds. This left a 6 opening for anyone outside to see directly into the living area by the couch...not ideal at all. I sent this information to the property management company but they never responded. Moving on... I went to turn on the floor lamp in the living room and realized that the bulb was missing. We tried to get the Dish TV service working on the TV but couldn't. Maybe user error on my part but doubtful. The dishwasher is completely askew. Not a big deal but it could easily be fixed. I reached out to the property management company and asked them if anyone had been inside recently to inspect...no response again.The master bed mattress and pillows are plastic covered and pretty lousy. The outside light gets past the cheap blinds so I used pillows to block the light at nightI've been home for a few days and still no response from them.

Good location, close to town and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub and pool very nice as well.

Door covering had slats missing- affected privacy, No directions for TV. Host responded quickly. Comfortable beds. Nice shower.

This is a beautiful property and Tyler was amazingly helpful! The property is difficult to find and it was dark! The listing is a new property so not on all gps maps. Tyler Stayed on the phone with us until we found it. it has beautiful views and is in a good location to highway. Every thing was perfect and the hot tub was a perfect bonus!! Very clean . Just be aware there are no elevators for someone that has a disability.

This condo was a great place for our family of 7 to spend a couple of days while checking out Arches and Canyonlands. Kids loved the pool. Furniture was nice, beds were comfortable, and listing was spot on. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful.

The place was clean and the rooms and pool were all very nice. Contact with the owners was easy, with no trouble checking in

Nice location and easy to get to. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Beds themselves were comfortable but the synthetic sheets made it very hot even with the room being cold with the AC. Discovered in the morning that the sliding door to the patio was not locked all night (we arrived late and immediately went to bed so no one in our party left it unlocked). If it weren't on the first floor we wouldn't have thought anything about it. So, just check that the doors are locked at the end of the night.

Excellent property. Roomy, clean, and just south of town.

Booking and communication went well. No problem with finding the condo or with the lock box. Condo was nice and fairly well stocked. Condo could use a little TLC. Some lights were out, could use a few minor repairs and more pool towels were needed.

Enjoyed our stay. Owner/magager was responsive. Beds were comfortable. Condo was clean. Location was good for our trip. Grill could be upgraded and the kitchen was a bit sparse

Apartment was roomy, clean and well stocked. Management was very responsive when we had an issue. Our unit was located on the bottom level (which didn't look like it by the photo but there was a disclaimer). So it was right next to the hot tub and pool. So there was very little privacy and a lot of noise. The upstairs unit was also very noisy. You could hear all the footsteps. The beds were ok. Master king is quite high so you need to hike yourself up.

Only issue was not being able to get tv to work so we couldn’t see local news and weather in the evening.

Room was great and conveniently located to the pool and hot tub which were amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Only problem would be the walls seemed very thin, as we could hear people above us checking in late at night and disturbed our sleep after 11:00pm

The condo was everything we needed for our stay in Moab! The rooms are large, the kitchen well appointed, and close to the hot tub. Great for our group of 5 adults who came to a running race in Moab!

Clean, easy access and close to where we were going.

This property was great for our trip to Arches and Canyonlands! There was enough space for us and our 3 teenagers. Close to the hot tub too! Clean and comfortable.

We took a group of 6 guys and 4 jeeps to have some fun in iconic Moab, UT. Had a heart time and this place was exactly as expected and will definitely stay here again.

The condo was great for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub & pool. The location was convenient. We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. There are a few things that need to be repaired.

I had had a mother/daughter/granddaughter trip to Moab with a stay at Red Cliff condos a couple of years ago. This year my husband and I decided on a trip to Moab - he hadn’t visited the area in quite some time. These condos are very conveniently located just a short distance from the center of town, the National Parks, museum, dining and shopping. All amenities are included and the units are very spacious. We’ll stay again on our next visit!

A beautiful comfortable home away from home with all the conveniences. Plus the pool ans Spa. Quiet on the edge of Moab only 2-3 minute drive into town. With access to Arches and Canyonlands.
