This is a wonderful first floor golf course view condo with a walk-through floor plan. As one enters the condo, the kitchen is on the left with the guest bedroom and bathroom on the right side.

Continue into the living room and you’ll see a 55” smart TV, dining area, ample seating and a sofa with a couple of chairs, and a picturesque view toward the back of the condo. The lanai off the back provides peace and tranquility, and there is a closet that houses the washer and dryer.

The master ensuite features a queen-sized bed with walk-in shower. Newer appliances, large 18 x 18 ceramic floor tile througout , high-speed wifi, Xfinity cable and an Ecobee thermostat complete this condo. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds.

The condo is 800 sq feet and it has both hurricane impact resistant doors and windows. The lanai also has roll down shutters if needed during storm season

There are so many activities here to choose including pickleball, walking the community and golf course, tennis, bocce, cards, bingo, dances, dinners, garden club, yoga, water exercise, ladies lunches, garden club, yoga and more, you will absolutely love it here.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Seasonal Rentals (December 1 - May 1) are mandated by executed lease agreement as follows: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 120 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
