Stayed Dec 1, 2022The condo was cozy and comfortable. The lanai overlooking the lake—a perfect spot for morning coffee. We loved being close to the Legacy Bike Trail, biking to the trail directly from the condo. Connie was quick to respond to any of my questions.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022My husband and I were here for a month right after hurricane Ian, so that he could work as an insurance adjuster. This condo provided all we needed: full kitchen, lovely back lania overlooking the lake, washer/dryer, dining room that was his office space, car port, and storage closet that stored our bicycles. Location was nice with park across the street (pickleball), historic Venice, and nearby legacy bike trail. Connie was very responsive and always kind! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice get away in Venice. We hope our travels in the future will bring us back.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022The condo complex is very quiet, residents are friendly, nice pool. Connie is a excellent host and very accommodating. Close to beaches and restaurants, The place itself is in dire need of upgrading, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture needs attention.
