All our expectations were met! Since it was a rare cold week for FL, we especially appreciated the warmly heated pool and ease in using indoor heat a few days. We ate at the condo most days so we greatly appreciated the extensive kitchen utensils.

Great location. Quiet, away from town. Grounds are kept up well. Pace is slow, few on beach, many shells. Grills kept up and hot tub clean also. Host did everything right to rectify a poor cleaning job. So I won’t go into detail. Do try eating at Marina, Gasparilla Inn, pink Elephant and certainly have a cocktail at Gasparilla Inn as well. Hudson’s is over rated and Newlin’s had great summer salads but bad attitudes all 3x we grabbed something. Had beautiful weather and caught a ton of sharks!

We had a great stay in Boca Grande. The condo had everything we needed for our stay…..fully stocked kitchen…nice beach chairs..and towels and a great view of the pool and the beach! Wonderful!!!!

This was a wonderful condo with great amenities and close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pools and grounds were well maintained and the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed restaurants in Boca and spent several days on the waterways boating and fishing. Looking forward to coming back.

We’ve been staying at Sea Oats my entire life and it never disappoints. This is our first time renting through VRBO, and it was easy and lovely. This condo is beautiful, clean, nicely appointed, and well stocked with beach essentials and kitchen necessities. The lanai has an open side for sun, and a nice view of the pool and the ocean. They have done a full overhaul on landscaping since the hurricane and it looks beautiful. The kids lived in the pool. No complaints, our family holiday stay was as perfect as ever!

The most peaceful, relaxing place to be.

My husband and I and our three adult daughters had a completely restful, easy stay at Sea Oats in this beautifully furnished condo. The two patios were used every morning and evening and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could imagine using during our stay. The beach chairs were a big help and the complex was well-kept. The parking underneath the first floor unit was extremely easy and the one set of stairs was simple and brought us directly to our unit. The bedrooms were comfortable and both bathrooms were updated and very nice with spa touches. There was plenty of storage in the closets as well as the bedroom dressers, and the bathrooms both had lots of cabinet space for our items. In addition, we had lots of bath towels to use. The condo was in great condition, seemed freshly painted and all the furniture was gorgeous. As an Interior Designer, I admired how they chose to furnish their home. It is truly a little piece of heaven with a view to the pool and beach beyond. We are hoping to visit again! Sea Oats is a short 20 minute bike ride to town and the kids loved our rides in the golf cart we rented. Very easy and relaxing vacation! Owners were extremely responsive too. All in all a 10/10

Our first time in Boca - very enjoyable!! Loved our condo - spacious, nicely decorated and well-appointed - especially the kitchen. Beach was amazing - large, flat and easily walkable. Large, heated pool - great for swimming laps.First-class restaurants on & off the island. Everyone we met were so friendly. Looking forward to getting back to Boca !!!
