Enjoy your luxury stay at 'Beach Bliss' a beautiful, spacious, beachfront condo at the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin Florida. Enjoy your coffee and cocktails from a 19th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is professionally decorated and includes a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with balcony access, sleeper sofa, 65 4k smart TV, high speed internet, beach access, Tiki Bar, 3 pools, 2 spas, fitness center and is close to Harbor Walk and Big Kahunas.

Kitchen: Stainless Steel range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, regular ground coffee machine, toaster, blender, instant pot, pots/pans, tupperware, full kitchenware

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, room darkening curtains, private full bathroom, TV, ceiling fan, and private access to balcony.

Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds, room darkening curtains, private door to guest bathroom, ceiling fan, and TV.

Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper, room darkening curtains, 65 4k Smart TV, balcony access, and ceiling fan.

Washer/dryer in the unit.

Amenities: 2 beach chairs & umbrella to bring down to the beach, cooler bag & ice packs, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, Cable/smart TV, and high speed Wi-Fi internet.

Games: Playing cards, multi-game set, monopoly, and tennis rackets w/tennis balls.

Each guest is assigned their own unique door code for keyless entry.

Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to check-in containing all the information they will need during their stay. The door code will be emailed to guests on the day of check-in.

Destin Florida is known for its brilliant sugar white sand beaches and clear turquoise water. Destin has all the beauty and amenities that you could want for you and your family's perfect beach vacation getaway. Literally across the street from the Pelican Beach Resort is Big Kahunas Water Park with over 40 water attractions, thrill ride attractions and miniature golf course. Pelican Beach Resort is also 2.5 miles from the famous Harbor Walk Village that offers water front shopping, paddle board, kayak, pontoon, and jet ski rentals, parasailing, glass bottom boat, world class fishing, pirate ship excursions, dolphin cruises, concerts, weekly fireworks and an array of water front restaurants. Pelican Beach Resort has it's own onsite cafe and signature beachfront Tiki Bar with beachside service. Chair and Umbrella service is available onsite for rental through La Dolce Vita Beach Services and Watersports.

Pelican Beach Resort has free onsite parking for guests. Uber and Lyft are also available in Destin.

Pelican Cafe: Located onsite and serves delicious breakfast and lunch options! Hours (1/11-2/28: M/W/F 3pm-6pm) (3/1-10/31: 8am-3pm)

Tiki Bar: Serves specialty cocktails and light fare. Located poolside and steps away from the white sand beach!
Hours (3/1 - 10/31 open daily 10am- (business & weather permitting)

2 Tennis Courts: Located on the 2nd level of parking garage (8am-10pm)

1 Pickle Ball Court: Located on the 2nd level of parking garage (8am-10pm)

Fitness Center: Stationary bicycles, step machines, treadmills, free weights, and other exercise equipment (7am-10pm)

Basketball Hoop: Located on the 2nd level of parking garage. Basketball rental available at HOA Office (3rd floor by elevators) 8:30am-4:30pm ($40 cash deposit).

Sauna: Located near the fitness center.

Common BBQ Grill area: Located near grassy area by the Dolphin Pool

2 EV Chargers: Located on the 2nd level of the parking garage. (OK2Charge Level 2 with J1772 connector)

** We would like to inform you of an HOA project scheduled to continue through June 2026. During this time, 1 of the 5 elevators will be temporarily out of service due to upgrades. The remaining 4 elevators will continue to operate as normal.

**VRBO & Direct Booking Guests will be asked to complete ID verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact guest via email and/or text. Guest will also have the option to choose between two damage protection plans for their stay: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. A damage protection plan is needed to complete your booking. Please make your selection before your stay to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in.
