5 star 3BR/2BA on 30A between Rosemary & Alys Beach - Heated Pool

This is a lovely property. It is thoughtfully appointed to accommodate your every need. This is without a doubt a 5 star property.

Loved it! Walk to everything , including the beach. Very clean and super cute inside. Jeff was a great host and answered all questions immediately. I will definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. The condo is beautifully decorated and feels both stylish and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect and was close to everything we needed while still being relaxing and quiet.There was more than enough space for our family of eight, and we never felt crowded. Jeff, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, making everything seamless from start to finish.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Amazing. I knew nothing about Rosemary and we had some very specific requests. Jeff answered all my many questions almost immediately. Gave us excellent recommendation and was so accommodating. If you’re on the fence just book it with no worries! Perfect location and Lovely condo!

Loved this condo. It was our first time in the area but the location seemed perfect. Overlooking the heated pool and hot tub. We walked most places for meals or coffee or drinks, and at most were a 10 minute drive to other places we wanted to go. The host was great; couldn’t have been easier logistically.Would definitely recommend and visit again.Thanks!

The host was great and excellent communication through out the process. Location was perfect and being in the corner end of the building, 3rd flr - front thru back was the best, we wanted peace. Perfect spot for my family.

A lovely condo, great pool and awesome location without being too loud...and we were there during senior spring break! The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice (soft sheets and pillows!). The location is walkable to Rosemary and Alyce. The pool is so close to this condo. Security is on premises most of the time and keeping the pool regulated. The only downside is parking on a very busy weekend when people can drive in...although we never had to go too far for a spot!

We had a great time at the beach....Jeff was very responsive and we will absolutely be coming again down the road.

I loved this condo and the area. Everything within walking distance and a lovely condo to hang out in when the weather is chilly. Jeff was a wonderful host. Rental is in a great location. Convenient to many restaurants, shops and the beach too! The rental was well equipped and clean! Would definitely stay here again.

We booked The Abbey for a mother/daughter get away and this spot was more than perfect! The place was just as described, Jeff was beyond accommodating and great with communication the whole time. The property was clean and easily accessible for our morning walks, beach access, restaurants, and the pool! We would most certainly rent again! Added bonus was that the place was extremely dog friendly!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. Very close to great dining and shopping. Two nice pools and walking distance to beach.
