5 minute walk to Private Beach - Sandpiper Cove

Great little condo well acquainted with appliances etc . Owner was very responsive! Sandpiper Cove is a great neighborhood and the renovations in this condo we're great, rearranging the kitchen and adding bunk beds is great for a small family!

The setup of the rooms and beds were perfect! We had 5 guests and we didn’t feel cramped for space! The host responded quickly to questions. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the porch swing and chairs/toys for the beach!!

The property was exactly what we needed and in a great location. It was very clean and organized. We traveled to Destin for a baseball tournament and to vacation for the week. Michael was very nice and helpful. Any questions I had, he had the answer. I would definitely book again.

This was such the perfect gateway for my family! The property was fully stocked with all the bells and whistles to include a private beach access, pools, golf, and tennis courts. Mike prompt, professional and highly know. He was easy to access and quick to respond during each interaction, I knew what to expect and had amazing instructions for the property and beach services. In addition the unit was located with in walking and distance to many food and activity facilities, boardwalks and other beaches.

The condo had everything we needed and was clean! You could see one of the pools from the back porch so my kids were able to walk back and forth. Only a short walk to the beach which was wonderful. The property was beautiful! I will definitely be looking for this one again for future vacations to this destination.

Great condo located centrally to all Destin has to offer! Unit was perfect for our family of 4 - including two teens. We enjoyed the large patio overlooking the first tee of the gold course. Property Manager was efficient and thorough with arrival/departure instructions. Safe gated-community - gate staff extremely helpful in getting us to our unit.

Nice property and location. Owner was very great at communicating and went out of his way a few times to answer questions. Location was nice and beach access was easy. Beach service was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool and golf. Great size for our family of 4. Thank you!

Checking in and out was very simple with the instructions we received from owner prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was there all we needed to do was bring our personal items. The unit was very clean as well no need to contact the owner for reason. Thank you for another pleasant stay at our home away from home.

We loved Destin and the location of the Sandpiper Cove. The condo was great for our family and clean. No issues whatsoever. Mike even let us check in a little early! We can’t wait to come back!

Such a nice condo with a complete kitchen, plenty of room for us and lots of open kitchen shelves. The location is perfect for the par 3 golf and a nice walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella included. There is a dining table as well as a two-person porch swing on the deck.

Great place , well stocked, communication was excellent ?. Loved the back porch. We had a few issues , but they were taken care of right away, nothing big. . Thank you ag again for a great place you share

Our stay in Destin was very nice. The location was busier than we expected and the walk to the beach longer than expected. The beach was beautiful and the weather was great early in the week. We had some issues with the condo, but they were taken care of by the owner quickly. The condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the golfers.

We loved our stay at this unit! Sandpiper Cove is a great community and unit 1074 was perfect! It was very well stocked, very clean, and very well maintained. Mike was great to communicate with and always answered quickly. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this rental and had a great trip. This condo came stocked with everything we needed to cook and even had beach items to use for the beach as well! Very satisfied with our booking.

The condo was very clean. The little neighborhood was nice and we were able to bring our dogs. The host was super easy to communicate with. Although I have no complaints I do think it should be known that this condo is on the back of the property and you have to get in your car to rise to the front and then go across the street to the beach. In the pictures it only showed beachfront condos so I was surprised. BUT, it was still super nice and we had fun. I also rate the host 10/10 because he let us check in early and check out late! That was super nice and much appreciated! Thank you!!!

We had no issues during our stay. Unit was very clean and exactly as described in listing. Community is very dog friendly, quiet at night. Host was kind enough to let us know the unit was even ready early on the day of check in.

I prefer these type condos/beachhouse vs the high rise ones. I can drive straight up to the unit instead of a garage. The unit was very clean and the host very accommodating. Great communication. I love the fact they have a snack bar on the beach- very convenient. Highly recommend.
