This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the fourth floor. The unit has bright colors and is tastefully decorated with custom draperies. The kitchen counter bar has been designed diagonally which lends itself to making the dining and living room more spacious. There is a TV, VCR and DVD player in not only the living room but also in each of the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has two Queen beds. Thereis a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The large balcony provide a great area to gather for late afternoon drinks or quietly sitting to watch the sunrise.

All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a private 800 ft. fishing pier (NO License Required) and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends

    This apartment is very dark, due to heavy and hideous draperies on all the sea facing windows. The apartment was not clean when we checked in- crumbs on counter and on the COUCH. It is over furnished with VERY dingy furniture, totally inappropriate for a beach setting, that lent a crowded feeling to the space. Kitchen was a mess and ill equipped, do not plan on cooking here, Some of the drawers were broken. The lighting was terrible and more than one light fixture would not turn on- it was not bulb related. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The master bath tub had sticky shampoo rings from the last occupant. The balcony door from the bedroom would not open, nor would one of the windows. The front door peephole/ doorbell was broken and the door was warped. Spring breakers, this apt is for you- you can't leave it any worse than you found it. It is absolutely disgusting. The online reviews that we read were favorable. I know now that they were fake. The view from this apartment is lovely and that was a saving grace, but the complex was very dated and in serious need of attention. If you like loud and tacky people who start drinking beer at 9am and allow their kids to damage property and scream while they watch, this place is your dream vacation.

    Unit had multiple areas of needed repair. Tearing wallpaper, frayed carpet, lightbulbs out, inside of front door heavily damaged, master bath has unprepared wall issues. Would not return. Rental manager was the one positive.
