Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed this past weekend for a 4 day girls’ trip. The place is beautiful and has the most stunning ocean views. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, one of the two A/C units was broken. I reached out to the owner and they immediately responded and sent someone to look at the unit. It was not fixable on a Friday afternoon so they made an attempt to help us by getting someone to come install a portable AC window unit. That certainly helped to cool off half of the unit. The front two bedrooms were hot at night though and they made it right by compensating us with extra time and a very late checkout on our last day since they had no one arriving that evening. They were very responsive and did the best they could with a tough situation and it was very much appreciated!

This was the very thing we all needed. i had family from Texas that had never travelled out of state before and that had never been to a beach and this place was amazing. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures, private beach was gorgeous and all the extras of things to do and the location made it even better!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was was in a great location and just steps from the beach.

Three of the bedrooms are a nice size. The bunkroom is a little small, but perfect for children. Beach access is easy and close. It was nice having the beach set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included. For information, The Sandpiper Cove beach only allows umbrellas - no canopies or tents. There was 1 umbrella at the condo that we used. We took advantage of a couple of the free activities. Xplorie was easy to work with to set up the free activities. Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals was great to work with. They were easy to communicate with by phone, email, or text and were quick to respond to questions. Overall, it was a fabulous vacation! We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

This is our third year staying in this property. We absolutely love the view and proximity to the beach (a short 50 yard walk). It is always clean and well maintained. Sand Piper Cove is right in the thick of Destin, short drive to anywhere.

the condo location was right on the beach, beautiful views from all of the windows. The management was great, the only thing I was dissapointed in was the 4th bedroom. it was a closet converted into a bedroom, extremely small room with twin bunkbeds. We had 5 adults, 2 sharing a room and the 4th bedroom is good for children, but adults have no privacy, there was a porthole in the door with no glass. the overall experience was great, just wish I had known the 4th room was that small, we probably would have rented a different place.

This was a beautiful property with beach views from two large windows, and a large balcony. Very short and easy walk to the beach where chairs and umbrella were waiting. Rooms were very roomy and comfortable. We had a few minor issues pop up, and the managers handled them immediately! We all loved our stay and look forward to relaxing here again!
