Stayed Jun 20, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location ~ patio furniture needs to be replaced. For a place that advertises sleeps 12 there is not a dining table, only a high top for 4. Also need a normal size paper towel and extra toilet paper. (to accommodate 12)We only had 5 people and was not enough. Was very expensive for 4 nights but we loved the view.

Reviewer Comments: We stay at the Coral Reef Club every year and unit 12 was my favorite so far. We had 2 families of 4 staying here and there was plenty of space for more! Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

With the help of the property management team we were able to coordinate the accommodations (with an additional unit) to meet our needs. The location, the view and the beautiful beach here makes Coral Reef Club the best place to stay in the Destin area.

Every thing in the unit was good. The paint was pilling off in several places. That was really the only negative. We also needed extra blankets the downstairs was cold at night. The sofa bed was so much better than we had in other units. The location is perfect.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024This condo was the perfect getaway location! We had an amazing view of the ocean that we woke up to every morning. The condo was very spacious and had lots of room for all 10 guest! The staff on site were friendly and helped with all our needs. We would 1000% stay here again!
