Stayed Jul 26, 2025Had a small issue at check-in and the female at the desk was rude which soured our first evening. Unit looked clean and picked up but the floors were dirty. The sofa and living room rug had crumbs and sand. We found a soda can under one of the beds. One of the bed sheets had stains. Bed sheets could be replaced as they were all very scratchy and looked old. As for the condo, it is placed in a good location. Beach was not crowded at all. Beach service for our unit was a plus. View from unit was nice. We never had a problem with finding parking. There was security and I appreciated this. We never felt unsafe .

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From when you walk in decor is amazing. The room had towels, toys, and thing in the closet so great to use. The washer and dryer for me was the BEST part of the room. I will absolutely stay in this room again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024Our condo was perfect for our young adult family of 5. We loved the convenience of the condo to the beach, pickle ball, and to restaurants. Stan was amazing in accommodating our needs throughout our stay. The air worked great and the beds are comfortable!

Stayed Aug 30, 2022Property was very cleaned and ready for us to use. It was very comfy and well organized.! the kitchen was clean and had all the utensils we need to cook to avoid the crowded restaurants. The beach view was perfect!! chairs, umbrella and kids toys for the beach were provided to avoid the fee from the resort… The owner was very fast on responding messages of any questions we had and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and would definitely book with him again!
