412-Beautiful unit with stunning gulf views and free beach service

Had a nice stay in Destin. Dish washer needs to be properly installed or replaced. Dishes were not cleaned. Put in cupboard dirty and bedding wasn’t properly put on bed. Did alert management and they responded quickly.

We loved the condo and nothing could beat the view of the ocean from the balcony. Just enough room for my husband and I. One particular front desk worker wasnt very friendly to us the evening we checked in but we didnt let it ruin our get away. The wooden chairs outside by the ocean are not a free service to you if you dont book through the Actual Raquet Club. One day we paid 57 for the day to rent the chairs but regretted it. They were in horrible shape. But back to the good stuff the condo was nicer in person and we would stay there again.

Everything was clean, organized, and easily accessible.

Decent accommodations, great location on the beach.

We had the best peaceful time- condo was so cozy great decor, loved loved the recliners! We had a few hiccups with water issues not at the fault of the condo but it was also made right. Would stay again.

The washer/dryers take quarters & cards. There weren’t any hooks outside on our balcony so we had to hang our beach towels on the chairs outside (you can’t hang anything off the railing) This condo is in the corner by itself right off the elevator so it was great with kids. It has all kinds of beach stuff in the closet & the best part was that it was stocked with plenty of blankets! lol Location was good, when we didn’t want to go out we just door dashed stuff & they were able to find it with ease!!

We enjoyed our stay. Great beach, heated swimming pool, and quiet during Spring break.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. We would definitely return in the future.

Room was exactly as pictured. Check in was smooth with clear communication with property managers. Condo is also located in very nice and convenient area of Destin.

We loved our stay at this cute 1-bed/1-bath condo in Destin. We have never been to the Emerald Coast and we loved every moment! The property manager was very communicative with reminders about directions, how to check in, and departure directions. So convenient to just go down the elevator and walk to the pool or right to the beautiful ocean. Even the woman who checked us in at the front desk lobby was so sweet & helpful. Thank you for a brief but great stay!

Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Woke up to have coffee overlooking the ocean.

We had a blast and we loved the space that the condo had!

The condo was nice and clean. It had a good view of the ocean and plenty of towels for the stay. Down side was it too long for refrigerator to get cold and for the icemaker to produce ice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the gulf. Kitchen was equipped for everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. Easy walk to the beach. We will stay here again.

Great location and a nice unit

The condo description was on point, very clean. I would suggest maybe some better pans to cook on and a place for food storage. We will return. Love it!
