Stayed Jul 26, 2025Check-in was quick and easy with a notebook full of essential information and a clean, tidy unit. There were plenty of dishes and enough silverware for our group of seven. The only minor drawbacks were a lack of storage containers with corresponding lids and a broken outdoor chair. We would, however happily return.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024We really enjoyed our two weeks day at Villa Capriani. The ocean front location is absolutely fabulous. Our unit was as advertised and we were very satisfied. The check in process was cumbersome because there was no one really to talk to about the process. We finally got some help from personnel at the restaurant and that was very helpful. Our unit was on the fourth floor with stairs with stairs leading to the fourth floor. We are an older couple in the stairs made things difficult. Overall, we were very satisfied and look forward to renting there again.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Review of Villa Capriani 411-B Overall it was a pleasant stay. The view from our unit of the pools, restaurant and beach was perfect. Only comment regarding the balcony, provide quality chairs for guest to sit comfortably and look over the railing. Inside our 2 bed, 2 bath unit it was decent. Lewis Realty responded quickly to a few concerns including a faulty toilet, ceiling paint peeling in one of the baths, and a safety concern with the stairs. The fridge did leak intermittently which Lewis was willing to inspect further. Overall I believe we would stay at Villa Capriani again in another unit on the B side allowing for a great veiw of spectacular sunsets. Elevator was quick and available. Beach was not crowded. Pools were clean. Maybe one other improvement would be the selection of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and pot holders. We will likely inquire about a unit for next year same week.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Everything was good except you don't provide sheets and towels. There was some Queen size sheets on the King size bed all wrapped up and a few towels wrapped in plastic. I wasn't clear about weather I should use them and be charged for them if I did. I brought my own sheets and towels because I declined purchasing Linen service. So I didn't use them. I think it's pretty sad you can't provide the linens considering the price we pay. ?. Hotels don't make you bring your own linens! ?. Please change your policy on that.
