Welcome to Atlantic Breeze! This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo offers private beach access and spectacular ocean views. Amenities include: 2 free parking spaces, 2 oceanfront shared pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators, and 4 public outdoor showers. This Villa sleeps 6 and features an open floor plan that includes a kitchen, dining room, and 2 living rooms. The dining table seats 6. Atlantic Breeze directly faces the ocean, allowing for unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private balcony. The balcony provides plenty of space to sunbathe, dine, play games, read, and relax in colorful, comfortable chairs. With two separate living rooms, your family will have plenty of space to enjoy time after a long day at the beach.

The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a shared full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen bed with access to the shared full bathroom. Atlantic Breeze is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

    Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, dishes, etc. we needed for our 28 night stay. We were there during some very cold weather and the property manager kept us well informed about issues in town and the building. We did have to teach out when there was a problem with the furnace. Could not be happier with the response and the promptness with which the issue was addressed. Would definitely book with MyOcranRental again! Julie was particularly helpful when we discovered we had left a medical device when we departed. Fantastic service!

    The updated condo was spotless & beautiful! Furniture is lovely and artwork made it extra pleasant. The ocean view is amazing. All restaurants and Bert’s little grocery are easy few minute walk. Our host communicated many times to ensure we had all we needed. Perfect stay!!!!

    Great location. Very clean. There was a lot of space and the balcony was perfect to watch the waves and dolphins. Easy drive to downtown Charleston and very easy walk to local restaurants.

    The unit is spacious and clean. View of ocean is unbeatable! Easy walk to great restaurants and bars. Only negative is the elevator breaking down. The rental management is great to work with and was concerned that we had a great stay. Would stay here again! Love Folly Beach!

    Everything was wonderful except the elevator. There were supposed to be two working elevators to our fourth floor unit. One elevators was out of service all week. On weekends the other elevator was constantly stopping. This also happened on Friday. I can’t rate contact property manager but they are not managing well My wife and I cannot walk up to the fourth floo

    Great property once you get to the 4th floor. But expectations are diminished by the Elevator which frequently broke, and looked and smelled like a port-a potty. The few times we were able to use it, the experience was harrowing, smelly, and sweaty. Thank goodness for the stairs, but it was difficult carrying out luggage upstairs and downstairs

    Enjoyed a great family vacation at COV 408. Property is exactly like the pictures portrayed. Plenty of room, updated throughout, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well appointed and all but one bed has a mattress topper which makes them very comfortable. Very easy check-in process and communication with the owner/manager. Would like to have a broom accessible, but there was a vacuum for those times coming off the beach to not have sand on the tile floor. Nothing against this property but elevators do periodically have issues but it’s only 4 floors so stairs are not bad either. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

    Loved it. Except for the renovation of the beach. The beep beep beep back up alarm on the equipment was not relaxing at all.
