One bedroom condo that is only one block from the beach. The condo sleeps 4 persons. Has one queen platform bed and one queen couch pull out bed. There are many restaurants in the area only a short walk or drive away. This condo is in a nice complex it is a ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and complex grills. Great for a relaxation! Has new 1G internet and two televisions with a rear porch where you can sit and relax and enjoy yourself. I provide a Keurig coffee or tea machine

Stayed Jun 10, 2023As close to the beach as you can get without having to pay ridiculously high prices! It’s a great little condo for a get away in a nice area! 2 blocks away from the beach and Popano Joes! We didn’t utilize the pool because we had the beach but it looked to be nice as well!

Stayed May 26, 2023Came solo from NH for my nieces wedding. The condos are kept up nicely and people take really good care of the pool I noticed. Inside, Art has done a nice job making it comfortable. The bed was comfy and as a solo woman traveler, I felt safe here. He was also very accommodating to my travel plans and was available if I needed anything. Would definitely stay here again and maybe bring the kiddos next time!

Stayed Jul 26, 2022This was a perfect spot for me and the two children I brought with me(daughter and nephew). The front door is located right in front of the designated parking spot so it’s easy to unload and reload luggage etc. The back door leads right to the courtyard and pool - so convenient! The walk to the beach is short and pleasant. The condo had all the amenities necessary for our stay(even extra beach towels)! Arthur(the host) is attentive and friendly. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future endeavors!
