True North property has beautiful ocean front condos! This ocean side, (Unit 4) has the most amazing views of stunning, couple friendly and fun Carolina Beach NC! Located near the North end of the beach with private beach access. Main entrance balcony and master bedroom Juliette balcony both have ocean views. 1 million+ renovations and newly decorated and new to Airbnb, True North is sure to be a key memory in your ocean stay. The night views of the incredibly bright stars are almost as beautiful as the daytime sunshine and sea.

True North are oceanfront condominiums provide a cozy salty haven whether you are looking for fun in the sun, or rest and relaxation. This unit is ocean front and one of the best views of the property... ocean waves, dunes and spectacular sunrises. Interior is newly decorated and is fresh and clean, includes everything you need to prepare your own meals, and have a comfortable stay, and have a sense of a home away from home for your entire stay. This condo has a spacious master suite with side ocean view from Juliette balcony. The couch pulls out as a sleeper sofa to sleep 2!

The parking lot is free and has marked spaces. Each unit has one. There are also serval extra spaces un marked that can be used for extra cars but are on a first come first serve basis. There is also a public beach parking lot directly across the street from condos.

Condo located on the North End of Carolina Beach but still within 2 miles to the boardwalk and island attractions such as restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk carnival!

Pets are permissible with a fee of $100 per pet that will be requested separately and prior to your stay!

We want to make guests aware that there is some construction taking place next to our property. While work is being carried out during normal daytime hours, previous guests have shared that it has not impacted their stay or overall enjoyment. We strive to maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment, and we`re confident you`ll still be able to enjoy everything our property and the surrounding area have to offer.

House Rules
* No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the house and no parties, illegal substances or activities allowed on premises.
*Please note if you wish to enjoy the ocean breeze with doors or windows open please turn off the AC. Failure to do so causes heavy condensation to drip from vents and stain walls and you will invoiced for this damage if it occurs. Thank you for understanding!
* Supplies: Feel free to use any items in the fridge or pantry. Dishwasher tablets/ detergent can be found under the kitchen sink.
* Pets: Dogs are not allowed on furniture, we also ask that you pick up and dispose of any leavings on the grounds.
* Pets on the Beach: 4/1- 9/30 Leashed dogs allowed before 9am and after 5pm. 10/1- 3/31 Leashed dogs allowed all hours *Dogs never allowed on wooden boardwalk or boardwalk district
* Outdoor Rinse Station: to rinse off beach sand before entering the house, please after beach activities
*Beach towels are provided for you in the basket in the unit
* Parking: There is 1 designated spot underneath the building, 1 per unit with a parking pass found inside unit upon checkin.
Please put this pass in the dash where it is easily visible in your vehicle during your stay and leave on the counter upon your checkout. Unmarked vehicles will be towed in order to maintain the integrity of the private parking.
Height restriction is 7ft, parking spots are standard size 9ft wide x 20ft deep. Larger vehicles may be a bit tight but still permissible.
Public parking is just around the corner from us and is $25 per day on a first come basis.

    We stayed for 5 days with our pup. You can’t beat the location, the sun rise view, the private deck is beautiful to hang out on. So many extra’s included in this rental that we have not experienced before, such as local coffee provided, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, laundry soap, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of storage in the bedroom. Bed and sofa very comfy. Most important to us, the place was very clean. Responses from both the property manager and owner were quick every time! We will stay again next time we visit CB.

    We enjoyed the ocean view from this property. Beware if you are staying during the week. There was construction going on both Thursday and Friday on the building we were in along with the building next door. There was considerable and annoying noise both days. The weekend was quite.

    Our stay was awesome. I noticed a couple of safety issues: Needed reflective strips on the steps Steps down to beach were broken (this needs immediate attention); a board was completely out leaving a hole. Sliding glass door does not work well at all, maybe install French doors that open and close; I had a hard time getting them to slide as did my daughter. We are both healthy and strong, an older person would not be able to get it to slide. Thank you and have a wonderful life! .

    This lovely one-bedroom condo exceeded my expectations - in person is even better than the pictures here, not the norm when renting. Condo itself felt spacious, clean, and modern. They provide everything you need (kitchen/bath/bed essentials) and then more: bag of craft coffee, filters, beach chairs/toys/towels, dog water/food bowls, bottle of wine, and fresh flowers just to name a few. The porch feels like your own private beach with the perfect sunrise views and is where I spent most of my time. The location itself is extremely convenient, with a mini mart, breakfast place, and beach sporting rentals across the street. The owner also exceeded my expectations and was extremely responsive/helpful during the whole process. Will be staying here again when traveling to the area, highly recommend.
