4 Bedroom Forest Condo in Lake Village, Close to town, Club house, Wifi

Wonderful stay and property:) Instant communication and response from host. Had everything we needed, clean and well maintained.

I loved this house! The view was so amazing during our stay, watching the snow falling by all the windows in this tall and cozy place. It was clean, the kitchen was so beautiful remodeled and it has everything we need. The room were spacious. The top of the house was the most atractive part of the house. Is the last house of the village so all the side was plenty of snow to walk and play with kids. We all really enjoyed the stay here. The only thing it needs to be replaced is the dining table, cause it looks a little used and old. Clean towels and all we need to stay comfortable. We brought some wine glasses but I didn’t know they also have some at the kitchen!! I wish I would come back soon!!!

Amenities are in good condition. Ground floor room with queen bed don’t have any towel bar in bathroom and no cabinets to hang the cloth in the room. Bathroom door was not closing. Other rooms don’t have bed side table lamp to use it. We were not able to park 2 SUV in front of garage on driveway. Out Nextdoor renter had 2 big cars/truck parked on their driveway so our 2 SUV didn’t fit on driveway. We had Toyota highlander XLE and it did not fit in garage vertically then had to park diagonaly. All other things are good and comfortable. Condo was clean. At check out We cleaned all the dishes put it in the cabinets and wiped all the countertops and cooking stove. We have not moved any furniture, did not use BBQ, we followed all the check in check out instructions as you mentioned. We left the house very clean. We are happy to rent the condo and will definitely come back in future. Thanks.

Property was nice, clean and a great location!

The place was very nice and comfortable. The loft was entertaining for our kids, who were comfortable climbing up and down. It was a quick drive into South Lake Tahoe with a grocery store five minutes away. The beds and comforters were very comfortable. It was great for our party of 7 including 3 kids.We went directly to the house with the code (which worked fine) - it didn't seem like we needed parking permits so there was no reason to stop by the clubhouse. But apparently you're also supposed to check in there to get a pass for the clubhouse facilities, which seem nice (game room and pool and hot tub). The clubhouse hours also didn't seem to be listed anywhere and there wasn't a number to call, although the property management company was very responsive over email.There were only two dishwasher pods and no shampoos or conditioners at all, which would have been nice to know in advance.

Reviewer Comments: This home is huge, well stocked with family games but in desperate need of a deep clean with tons of pet hair allergens, cob webs and strong mildew smell from the washing machine. The outdoor furniture seems like it has not been used in a long time and was too dirty to sit on, needed a deep clean. Very poor lighting outside here so if you arrive at night check in was difficult to see the home numbers, management was unresponsive.

Perfect for a small group of friends It was clean and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was adequately stocked (altho we didn't cook any meals). Beds were comfortable. Carpets in bedrooms and some of the furnishings are dated and could use an upgrade but its a rental so I don't expect high-end as long as clean (which it was). Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this condo in Lake Tahoe. Everything was absolutely great. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and very clean. We had plenty of space to spread out so none of us felt on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. Thanks so much for hosting us.

The carpets in bedrooms are filthy, furniture all old and mismatched, stained sheets on beds, screen doors hard to open, wooden kitchen floor slat popping up, no hooks for towels or bathroom mats in downstairs bathroom on frigid tile floor, broken furniture in downstairs bedroom, and a positive side, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It was just very underwhelming condo.

Property had updated kitchen - carpets were pretty dirty throughout 2nd floor , could use an overall deep cleaning, but kitchen was well stocked and really nice. Enjoyed our stay.Thanks!

The good: excellent location, nice community amenities, quiet, and easy check-in.The bad: patio screen doors were almost impossible to open or shut, back patio cushions were filthy as were the front cushions (which were stored in the garage), no patio BBQ cooker although one was shown in an advertising photo (false advertising), too few garbage sacks, too few clothes hangers, missing screen on a family room window, and very limited TV channels.

The place is amazing, it was very clean and I liked the location and the view. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great stay. Clean and quiet neighborhood.Easy check-in and great communication from property management A few notes:No oven mitts or kitchen towels so that was odd and made cooking in the house a little difficult. A lot of stairs so be aware of that before booking.

Our stay at this vacation home in Lake village in lake Tahoe was overall quite enjoyable. The location is excellent, very close to the center, which made it very easy to access shops, restaurants, and activities. In addition, the house has stunning views that truly made us feel like we were in a natural paradise.The house has four bedrooms, which was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made preparing our meals easy and comfortable. However, we noticed that the cleanliness could be improved a bit in some areas, although nothing that ruined our experience.As for the house itself, although it is cozy, it is noticeable that it needs a renovation, since some spaces are a bit old and could benefit from a remodeling. Despite that, the house has a lot of charm and offers what is necessary to have a good vacation.The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, which is always appreciated when you need to resolve something quickly or ask questions about the place.In short, if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located option, this house is an excellent choice, but if you are very demanding with modernity and cleanliness, it is something to consider.

We had a good time.

The property is poorly maintained (holes in doors, broken furniture, doors would not close properly, some of the lights sparked in the bedrooms when turned on, areas were filthy, etc) and the walls are paper thin (could here the young men next door at all hours of the day and night). Property was advertised as having noise restrictions but, clearly, no one enforces them as we were awoken several times on both evenings due to loudness next door. We were all extremely disappointed particularly given price point for property.

The house was great in size perfect for myself and my family. Just a few things I wished they would of been different like in the kitchen when we got there the microwave stove and dishwasher and fridge where very dirty with hand marks water marks and oil so it made the whole kitchen feel nasty dirty the kitchen also didn't have kitchen towels . The cleaning crew didn't a bad job as for cleaning I had to clean it up but did take pictures. B other than that it was great I totally would rent it again I just hope cleaners do better

Pros: convenient trailhead, nice updated downstairs bathroom, deck area w seating, updated kitchen, clean fridge, beds comfortable, easy access to front door, clubhouse accessible (and used), quiet location, easy parking, nice selection of DVD's and games, fireplace Cons: Majority of dishes were dirty, kitchen drawers and cabinets unorganized, couches & sitting of main floor were filthy (crumbs, worn down and stained), only 1 blanket/throw (which had a hole in it), kitchen towels smelled of mildew, bathroom/shower towels did not look or feel clean (also had holes in some), shower curtains in hallway bathroom were stained and moldy, 4 flights of stairs should be advertised to get between bedrooms and main floor, very creaky roof, binder needs to be updated (with check in and check out procedures) and also placed where seen, not in a drawer, TV was non-functional until finding an HDMI cable in another room, spiders, fireplace nice but ticking sound made it difficult to keep on.

Host was very good.

They sent out a tech that was supposed to fix it and it was never taken care of while we were there. I called and texted to get a partial credit back and no one ever got back to me. Terrible customer service would not reccommend World Class Property Management.

The location was nice, however everything inside the cabin was a disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the cabin was not properly maintained or cleaned. The condition was far below the standards we expected through Vrbo, especially considering what we paid. There were THICK layers of dust along the carpet. At one point we slightly moved the lamp and you could see the original color of the carpet. Clearly it has not been vacuumed in ages. Heavy traffic areas were soiled and disgusting! We did not feel comfortable stepping out of bed onto the repulsively stained carpet. The bathroom shower curtain was torn and missing hooks, making showering inconvenient and uncomfortable. There was a used rag on the floor beside the toilet. The A/C NEVER worked, the house was consistently at 80+degrees. The living room furniture was visibly soiled, the recliner was ripped and the stuffing coming out. The dinning room chair was broken, and all chairs were visibly soiled. There were dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers. We literally had a serving spoon with leftover eggs on it from previous guest! The white towels they provided were dingy and gray. The old and unsanitary towels need immediate replacement! There was a spider smashed into the wall at the entry way. All the window sills were a dusty collection of dead bugs. The amount of dust caused allergic reactions among us leading to sneezing and discomfort. It was hot and dirty; this location ruined our vacation!
