Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would only use this 690 Disciples and this company as a last resort. The A/C went out the first night of our stay. We contacted the management company and received a response of Ok Thanks. They did not attempt to fix the issue. After our stay on 6/17/25, I contacted the company to ask for a discount for the A/C not working, I was told I would receive a 5% discount (I have it in writing). Weeks went by with no refund. I contacted them again on 7/9/25 and their response was Sorry, it was not approved. Again, there are plenty of options up there, choose a company who will work hard to make your stay comfortable and who will be honest and follow through.

The upstairs shower pressure was very low. Dishwasher was not functioning properly, needs to be looked at. More cleaning supplies would have been nice, for example to clean the counter top. Lots of stairs to climb. I know this is not an Boyne property, but would have been nice to have some of the Boyne amenities available. Aside from these issues the place was nice and we had a good time.

It was actually on the exit of two of the courses we shot so it saved some walking up to the main vendor village. Be prepared for the stairs, on top of those picture there are another row of steps to even get to those shown. It was a pain getting coolers up there. Otherwise the condo was awesome.

Great apartment for 6 adults and dog. Located right off ski run for ultimate convenience and flexibility for skiing. Definitely would recommend and rent again for next ski trip to Boyne.

This property was an amazing experience everything was absolutely perfect in every way we couldnt have been more pleased with our stay here .we will definitely be back in the future thanks again for everything and looking forward to coming back again

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location for our kids and dogs. They could run trails along side condo and run around the ski hill. We went during October and the atmosphere was beautiful. The condo was very clean and cozy. Plus well updated too. Communication was great and helpful with owners. We can’t wait to stay at this location again especially during the winter for a perfect ski in/out situation.

Water pressure in upstairs bathroom was poor. Other than those things- great stay! Do not recommend staying here if you can’t do multiple steps. Getting luggage/groceries/etc up to condo was difficult for older guests. Parking was also somewhat limited as the 4 spots closest to condo stairs were usually taken or people parked only allowing for 3 to park instead if 4.
