Known for its laid-back atmosphere and boating-friendly setup, Navy Cove is ideal for guests looking to slow down and enjoy life on the water. Spend your days fishing off the dock, heading out by boat, or relaxing by the pool while taking in the bay breeze. Evenings bring incredible sunsets over the water, creating the perfect backdrop to unwind on the deck. Wildlife and nature are part of the experience—dolphins, coastal birds, and calm waters make this a peaceful setting that feels tucked away from it all. You’re just a short drive to Gulf Shores for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Local Fort Morgan favorites like Selah’s Coffee & Ice Cream Shop, Jesse's On The Bay, and The Cold Hole are nearby and perfect for an easy outing. With bayfront views, direct water access, and a quieter setting away from the crowds, Navy Cove offers a different side of the Gulf Coast—one that’s all about slowing down and enjoying the moment.

ACCESS & PROPERTY DETAILS
Guests enjoy full access to the condo, including all interior living spaces, the private deck, and bayfront views; two supply closets are locked for owner use. The private fishing dock and dedicated boat slip (up to a 36’ boat, 14,000 lb. capacity) are just steps away, making it easy to enjoy time on the water. Guests also have access to two shared pools, a hot tub, charcoal grills, and open green spaces throughout the property. Beach access is located just a short walk away (approximately 6 minutes) via nearby access points at 3 Mile Road and Ebb Tide Road. Each reservation includes one parking pass, with up to two additional passes available for purchase upon request. A maximum of three vehicles is permitted per unit—two covered spaces under the building and one in the open-air lot—and boat trailers must be registered and parked outside the main gate.

SELF CHECK-IN & SUPPORT
This property is equipped with a self-check-in system, allowing you to arrive at your convenience anytime after the designated check-in time. We’re available via phone or messaging if you need anything during your stay.

BEACH INFO & SAFETY
Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico is very different from pool swimming. Please respect the strength of the water and stay aware of current conditions. Rip currents can occur, so we recommend checking weather and surf updates before entering. For daily beach flags and conditions, text ALBEACHES to 888-777. We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. Beach towels are included, and we’re happy to connect you with local rental companies—details will be shared in your check-in message.

WILDLIFE & NATURE
Our homes are located near natural preserves, where wildlife is part of the experience. You may encounter animals such as birds, rabbits, snakes, and occasionally coyotes—please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid disturbing any wildlife. Sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During this time, please do not leave beach equipment or bright lights on the beach overnight, as this can disrupt nesting and hatchlings. Sea turtles and their nests are protected, and it is important to respect these guidelines.

PET POLICY
This is a pet-free home, and we do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and Vrbo policies. While advance notice is not required, we do appreciate a heads-up prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in experience. In accordance with guidelines, we may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform. All service animals must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival. Failure to complete registration may result in fines issued directly to the guest. Service animals must be housebroken, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.

DELIVERIES & PACKAGES
The condo does not have a mailbox and cannot receive packages delivered via USPS. If you need to ship items ahead of your stay, please use UPS or FedEx. For items that can only be delivered through USPS, please contact us in advance to coordinate special arrangements.
