Bedding for 7 shared sleeping. One assigned parking spot with a few extra spots for guests. No pull behind trailers allowed in parking lot.

Newly renovated Spacious 3 bed 2 bath unit sleeps 7 comfortably. King in MasterBed room, King in 2nd bedroom, (1) twin and (1) double in 3rd bedroom. Private patio with Ocean views and Pool views from the living room and master bedroom. Yes even though this is a ground floor preferred easy in easy out unit, you can still see the ocean. Pool is within a few feet of patio but not directly in front of the unit which is nice for low noise levels. No stairs and No elevators needed to access the unit, flat sidewalk into unit.

New memory foam mattresses and linens in every bedroom. New furniture living and dining room. Coin operated washer dryer right out your front door. HI SPEED WiFi and SpectrumCable TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, 4 Televisions , Full equipped kitchen with new full sized refrigerator .Great floor plan allows for privacy and great communal space as well.

This is in a safe “no vehicle drive” section of beach so no worries of crazy beach traffic like some portions of Florida beaches. Let the suntan begin.
