I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The quiet hours they.have in place from 9am to 9pm ensured you were able to rest and relax without being woke up to loud people or noise. We love this place and wil definitely be a returning guest!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex was clean and quiet. The guest/2nd bathroom shower in unit 312 did not have cold water and the vent fan did not seem to be working well. That bathroom was very warm following showers. I have stayed at another unit in this complex and would probably not stay in this unit again.

The decor was nice and we liked the tall patio chairs. The only drawback to the condo was the king size mattress. It was so wallowed out you slept in a deep hole. We stuffed extra pillows under the mattress to try to level up the mattress. That is my only complaint.

Lots of details like poolside bathrooms, trash chute on upper floors, outdoor shower, easy access to private beach with amazing umbrella/chair attendants, covered gas grills and large patio area around pool with lots of seating make this much better than other properties we’ve stayed at over the years!

Stayed Jul 18, 2022This was our first trip to Destin. The accommodations were excellent. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Our family has visited Destin Beach Club three times now, over the last four years. We really love it. It's a bit older than some of the other condos in the area, but you CANNOT beat the private beach and direct access. We've not found anything like it anywhere else. This unit was our favorite so far. It has recent updates and was very clean. The office and management staff are always nice and helpful. The beach set up is such a huge help, and when we asked about sitting near our family members in other units, it was accommodated so nicely. Every day, our three units had set ups next to each other. We highly recommend Destin Beach Club in general to people looking for a beautiful beach experience, and unite 312 is one of the best units.
