Another great stay! Unit is very comfortable and clean in addition to being a great location with a gulf view. The manager communicates with you and made sure all was well. We will be back again.

We are just wrapping up our Spring Break trip and I’m already checking availability for next year. The condo was clean and updated and had outstanding views. Check-in was seamless and the property manager, Sean was very attentive.

Perfect location and responsive property manager and owner. I have never received a pre-arrival call welcoming me before. I really appreciate Sean. We were surprised that we could have such a private patio and an amazing view!!

The view of the ocean is spectacular. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Its location is a very short and direct walk to the beach, in addition to local shopping in Barrett Square. The VRBO description was extremely accurate and didn’t disappoint. We would love to return again next year.

We enjoyed the fantastic view every minute! The kitchen was furnished with everything needed for meals. The furnishings are lovely and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed playing pickleball. The hot tub was just steps away and the beach too!We walked to some great restaurants and the Farmers Market. Definitely hope to return soon!

Perfect location and beautiful views with this condo! Open the drapes in the master bedroom and see the gulf. Nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. Very clean. Shawn was great to work with and made sure we easily checked in and out. We will definitely come back and stay here!

Cory was an outstanding Host and was attentive and prompt. The property was convenient and within walking distance to shops and restaurants which was a big plus. Very relaxing stay.

Great location with great amenities. Right on the beach but also a short walk to main street Rosemary Beach. Kids loved the pool. Crabby Steves on sight is a good spot for lunch.

The place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and the location was was perfect for our stay. There was a closet with 2 beach chairs and gear for the beach. The place was well stocked with necessary supplies….We highly recommend.

The view of the ocean is SPECTACULAR!!! The condo is very light, open, and airy. I was also very tidy and clean. We cannot wait to visit again and make more family memories.

This condo was in a prime location and perfect for my family. Beach access was super easy, as was the pool. The restaurant on-site was great and so convenient. The staff were very helpful. The on-site bike rental and pickleball courts were also convenient. The condo itself was very pretty, spacious, and comfortable. The ocean view can't be beat! The owner was very reachable and helpful with questions I had prior to our stay. We had a great time, and would return in a heartbeat!

We stayed at High Pointe last year because of the location, well maintained and secure property. This trip did not disappoint. The property manager was very polite and responsive throughout booking through the stay. The property was clean, well maintained and had a ton of extras in terms of kitchen dishes/pots, coffee maker, blender etc. We love the golf views from the living room and master suite. The patio area had a table and chairs plus chaise loungers. I also LOVED that the property had many kitchen dish towels, provided dish soap and sponge and had plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We like to keep locations tidy during our stay so also appreciated having a broom, vacuum and Swiffer mop. These are things that are important to make you feel at home while away from home. Thank you to Cory and the management team for an outstanding experience and for sharing your home with us. We love Inlet Beach Area.

This was our second trip to High Pointe Resort, and as expected, it did not disappoint. The unit was remarkably clean, all kitchen items were recently upgraded. Everything worked! All beds were very comfortable and the master bath was enormous! We loved being able to look out at the water from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Ground level, so no elevators or stairs necessary. No issues with WiFi or TVs. Easy access to the beach and Crabby Steve’s. Overall, the property provides great security and ample parking space, along with tennis/pickleball courts, beautiful pool, and shuffleboard. We love the proximity to shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment; all without having to drive!

Communication with owner/property manager the best we’ve ever experienced. Condo very clean and well decorated. Enjoyed the included free bikes and beach chairs/umbrella. Great first trip to Rosemary Beach.

We always love staying at High Pointe. Our unit was lovely but unfortunately for us there was construction going on. No fault of the owner and didn’t affect our trip on the least. Just a little dusty outside. Ha. Lovely unit. We will stay again!

Condo was clean, modern and master bed(only one we used) was super comfortable. We needed rest from our jobs as they are very demanding and we got it. Location was great and enabled us to walk to great restaurants and entertainment. Private beach was nice, too! Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay here! The unit was spotless, truly the cleanest and most beautiful place we’ve rented. The views are stunning and the check in/out process is a breeze. The gated community is a huge plus, especially if you have young kids staying with you. You can tell the owners value their property and have thought of everything to make your stay one to remember! We’ll be coming again!

Took a little time to get away together and the condo was the perfect place to do that!

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful, convenient setting. However, when my husband and I stayed here we found that this unit sleeps only one person in comfort, on the side of the master bed near the bathroom. The other side of the master and both beds in the second bedroom are ruined. I hope in the future the owners will put the renters’ comfort as a top priority and keep this unit equipped with mattresses in good condition.
