Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Destin and I must say, Destin lived up to the hype. The property is older but it was a great place and great location. The front desk staff were wonderful. The views were stunning. We saw dolphins every morning. The beach and water were unbelievable, must see. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable. The condo needs some updating and repairs like the mirrored closet doors in the master bath needs replaced as the track is rusted. The pocket doors to the master bedroom were broken when we checked in but we called the front desk and they did a quick fix. Would definitely recommend this location and condo.

Reviewer Comments: We checked in on a Friday and other than a mysterious substance stuck to the floor in the Master bath (resolved with gloves and bleach wipes), our place was clean and smelled wonderful upon check in. The grounds and beach were well kept. The staff was friendly. The view from our balcony was amazing. We were able to chose whether we wanted to go out or stay in and eat...and that was pretty awesome. Looking forward to coming back.

The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, well kept, and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The beach access and beachfront umbrella/chair setups were so nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a bedroom door that was off track when we arrived and it was repaired almost immediately. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay. We hope to return.
