Stayed Jul 18, 2025We were pleasantly surprised by the location as it was everything (and more!) from the description. The cleanliness, ease of access, security of gated area, and the tranquility of the environment made our stay feel like home away from home. Walking back from the beach to going out and exploring the many dining options was simple, which isnt always easy with a toddler! The property management employees were very friendly and helpful. I've already recommended this place to my friends and I'd bring my family back and stay here again! Thank you thank you!

Makes move in and move out easy. Perfect location to enjoy the Pismo Car Show and everything else downtown Pismo has to offer. The bedroom is bright at night and a little noisy with cars. But that didn’t bother us. My boyfriend and I loved it!!

Stayed Apr 4, 2024Beautiful, clean, amazing location! 2 block straight walk through downtown to Pismo Pier. Condo has everything needed and more. East check in/out. Property mngr was incredibly helpful/kind. Will absolutely come again!! Thank you from my whole family!!

I would recommend this rental GREAT location walking distance to great restaurants and literally 3 blocks from the beach if you have the windows open you can actually hear the waves ..
